Let’s face it, most deserts are loaded with sugar, cream, flour and other less-than-healthy ingredients. But not this one! There is absolutely no refined sugar, no processed flour and like all my recipes—it’s 100% soy-free and gluten free. A big hit at parties, this recipe is one you’ll want to keep on hand. It freezes very well.
