I recommend you go on Pinterest.com and go to Home Remedies. A ton of people have pinned Kim’s glowing green smoothie and other healthy detox info. They have info to help with acne scars, regular scars and a ton of other things. Lots of natural cures with no chemicals.

Question I have been following your program outlined in your first book, why do I get so
bloated after green smoothie. I have eliminated all fruit except for 1 cup of organic
blueberries. Now make it with collard greens, lacinato kale and romaine. Add cilantro and
half a lemon.

Love your books! I have lived a very healthy lifestyle for years. Your books and philosophy inspire me to keep doing so! I incorporated the GGS last year and LOVE it!
My question is regarding my skin. I have a rash on my forehead for over a year now. I have seen three dermatologists and had three different opinions. I have also see a naturopath, acupuncturist, and estheticians galore. I trend toward Dr hauschka and anything organic and ‘clean’. It would be safe to say that I am virtually free of anything ‘bad’ on my skin or in my body. I have given up gluten and dairy and eat no meat at all. My diet is so healthy that I really can’t think of any way to be healthier. I have been told rosacea, dermatitis , hormones( I am 49 and no longer have my period) I am so frustrated and have done everything I was told by the DRs including the chemicals they gave me to treat this, which of course did not helped at all.
I have even wondered if I have too much greens in my diet. :/ I am now on day two of putting NOTHING on my skin. (I even wonder if it could be the coconut oil which is my daily body moisturizer .
