Great idea! My question is about digestion of raw foods. A lot of people say that eating so much lettuce and kale is not good for digestion and irritates the stomach. What’s your take on this?

I read about 20 yrs ago that if protein is consumed alone it will be used as energy rather than protein. As opposed to having protein with carbs. Any insight into this, or is it just old thinking?

I am 13 and live by your lifestyle now and am thinner, my skin is amazing and get compliments all the time when i used to have the worst acne, I have energy- a lot, and my hair is so beautiful. Thank you! For making my life this amazing! I take a probiotic supplement now and have the glowing green smoothie when i am in an energy drop of feel “sludgy”. I read all your book and have your recipes stuck on my fridge. I used to feel groggy and had my stomach hurt a ll the time and was having a Chobani yogurt for lunch EVERYDAY!! I love your program! But lately I have been having some problems.while I had no problem giving up gluten, dairy and cutting way back on animal products, I can’t seem to make myself like a lot of different vegetables. I tend to just eat the same 6 or 7 veggies.. And I am starting to feel like I’m malnourished some days because I lose my appetite when I can’t find something different to make. Your help would be greatly appreciated :)

I have polysystic ovarian syndrome and must eat a low carb diet. I wanted to go on the beauty detox diet, however, alot of the foods have high carb counts, and I don’t know how to go about it. I also have stage 3 kidney disease, and you please give me some advice on how to go about doing it?

I don’t often drink coffee, but when and if I do I was wondering if it is better to drink it before or after my GGS in the morning? Also I usually will put almond milk in it but will opt for soy if that is not an option.

I have noticed that some members do & others do not. I know that you do not recommend it & I agree as I feel I get enough Protien from my veggies & fruit. Just wondering why & if it is necessary to add it or not.

HI Kimberly I have a question and no one has been able to help me with this. iI have suffered from Auto immune and began taking probiotics which definitely made a difference however I want to know why it is that I continue to have bloating problems when taking a lactose free Probiotic. When you open international orders I will definatley get yours. However I have been taking probiotic for 4-5 months and I eat really healthy yet I am still bloating. I have however just started taking a digestive enzyme but it is possible that I am taking the wrong probiotic strain for my digestive. Or is it that I need to clean out my colon?

Hi! Thank so much you for your amazing books!! I have been been using your recipes exclusively for about a week now. I have the Glowing Green Smoothie every day. I am already very thin. Thus far, pardon my being graphic, my stool is never solid. There is no cramping or discomfort but I am concerned that food is passing through too fast to absorb nutrients. My only “starch” has been quinoa. Would brown rice or more root vegetables with meals help the issue? Pleas advise. Thank you Kimberly!
