This dressing is also oil-free. Yes, we need healthy fats, but I now prefer to consume them in form of whole foods- avocados, moderate amounts of seeds and nuts, etc. Oil isn’t a whole food- it’s processed and the fiber of the whole food is stripped out, even if the oil is unrefined and cold-pressed.
So check it out! Love, Kimberly

Looking for a substitute for nutritional yeast, I am allergic to bakers and brewers yeast, as well as wheat, dairy, and peanuts. I see many of your recipes use this ingredient. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Your Books and recipes have kept eating fun and interesting over the last year, and helped me make the changes per Doctors orders! thank you, Laura
I already get your recipes via email but I cannot view them all unless I submit my email Again. Does this mean that I will get the same email multiple times?
Sounds delicious! I will make it this week. Thank you for sharing the recipe. :)
This is my all time favorite salad dressing!! Thanks for sharing Kimberly!
Love the ingredient list! I am absolutely going to try this. Thanks Kimberly!
This blog was… how do I say it? Relevant!!
Finally I’ve found something which helped me. Cheers!
I tried this recipe with and without the nutritional yeast – It’s delicious either way! It has a beautiful fresh, yet subtly earthly flavour. This is absolutely one of my favourite dressing recipes. Thanks Kim!
