Here is yoga sequence that was inspired by the Hindu Goddess, Saraswati. She symbolizes knowledge, creativity and inspiration. Regardless of your particular spiritual beliefs, this gentle series of poses that can help you break through creative blocks, feel more inspired and continually evolve. Experiment with them and then use as needed to keep your body/mind open, and flowing!

Love to see continued success with you Kim! I practice some bikram yoga and pilates and love this series in the video. Do you have any suggestions either through yoga or other methods to combat anxiety? I’ve recently started with it in regards to travel but have been to some places and want to continue without this slight uneasy feeling. Thank you in advance!

I have just watched this video yoga flow, I would like to follow it, would it be too difficult for me ,I do Pilates but would like to make a transition to yoga,I don’t have time to go to lessons, would prefer to do at home, what would you advise me, also is there a DVD of kimberly doing yoga I could buy?
