One of the things I get TONS of questions about is how to maintain healthy hair. I used to have dull hair that was so brittle, I’d wear it in a bun all the time. But since transforming my diet, lifestyle and health–my hair has become thick, full and lustrous–without a lot of maintenance or effort.
So in this week’s YouTube video, I’m sharing some of my best tips for creating healthy hair that anyone can quickly learn and use. Just click below to be taken to the video–and enjoy!
Kimberly, can you PLEASE be so kind as to list the brand names of the products you featured in your “My Healthy Hair Tips” video? What is the name of the avocodo oil? Where can we purchase the avocado oil? Thank you so much for the video! Is there any way the video could be made into a mp3 to download? Thank you!
In the breakfast option during the blossoming beauty phase, is it ok to soak the oatmeal in almond Milk? I am not a big fan of Avocado, so with the milk I find it tastes a little better.. thanks
Hi Kimberly,
Just a question about how often you wash your hair. I have very thin hair and used to shampoo/condition every day, I’ve been trying to ween my hair off the daily shampooing, and have been doing every other day for about a week and a half or so. It’s been going okay, but today I noticed a lot of dandruff in my hair which has never been a problem for me, is that just my scalp adjusting to less shampoo? Is there any natural way of preventing that, I’ve heard tea tree oil helps.
Thanks!

Any advice? and by the way just curious but what did you major in when you went to Georgetown? lol Thanks again Kim and i look forward to hearing from you!! keep up the great workk!! wish me luck! =)
