Wow, just 5 days into our 10-day Glowing Green Smoothie Challenge — and I’m amazed by the results! In today’s post, I’m going to share just a few of the awesome pictures so far and give you a quick update.
If you remember, this is where you and others in the community drink one Glowing Green Smoothie (#GlowingGreenSmoothie) each and every day — for ten days straight — inspiring and sharing with one another for motivation!
And no, as many of you have asked, it’s not that you ONLY drink Glowing Green Smoothie each day. You’re still eating normally (hopefully, in according with Beauty Detox principles!) — the only difference is that you’re making sure you have at least one Glowing Green Smoothie each day, building the habit and creating positive momentum.
I hope you’ve been following along with us so far… but if not, I still encourage you to jump in and join us. Better late than never!

Amazing, right? I just LOVE the enthusiasm and passion everyone is bringing to this challenge. It’s a wonderful way to start a simple, but powerful habit that could stay with you and help you for the rest of your life.
Remember, even though we’re 5 days in — it’s not too late to join us! It’s about “progress not perfection” and this is one of the best ways to progress on the Beauty Detox lifestyle and achieve the results so many of our successful community members have experienced.

I have been reading your book for the past 7 weeks (got it from the library) And it has become my inspiration. I started on May 25th after a healthy check up from the doctor, and I told her that my goal was to lose 30 lbs by the end of summer! It’s July 25 – and I’ve lost 20lbs thus far! I have tried a couple of the recipes which were outstanding! I have to go out and buy your book since I had to turn the book back in on 7/23…ha ha Money well spent! Juliana in Woodbine, NJ

Is this one GGS a day with other meals, or only GGS all day for ten days? Please clarify
I love this challenge Kimberly. It really motivates me to make and drink the GGS daily and use different combinations of ingredients. Yesterday I had 32oz – one 16 oz glass after my lemon water and another when I got hungry mid-morning- and I’m feeling good :)
