I’m so excited because, as we announced last Friday, our Beauty Detox Summer Salad Challenge starts today!
Join us! Catch the wave of collective energy, that can help support you in your health and beauty goals. These challenges are meant to harness the energy of the community and use it to benefit all with positivity and inspiration to live your best life.
To be part of our #beautydetoxchallenge, eat ONE large salad-based, all-plant meal for lunch OR dinner each day. It begins today (Monday), and ends this coming Sunday!
Remember, this challenge is NOT about only eating one salad per day, or only eating salad and nothing else for a week. Rather, you still eat regular meals (and ideally your Glowing Green Smoothie in the morning), but one of your meals is this big, salad based meal.
And this is NOT about restriction either. Your lunch or dinner main course salad should be large, abundant with greens and can be topped with:
Seeds/Nuts (these are more dense, so as I mention in The Beauty Detox Solution, you might want to pick one of the other options, or if you’re eating these at lunch please be moderate in portion size!)
