    Hi!
    Will there be a lot of cooked foods options? I live in chicago and I have ibs that seems to get worse in fall-winter. I struggle with raw foods but love your philosophy. Are there options for winter weather?

    I am so excited for the meal plan. I have been doing the GGS daily for a month now and have noticed a big improvement in my skin and energy. I am also a member of the Glowing Lean System and look forward to more meal options.

    Hi Kim
    I noticed that you pair avocado being a fruit but also considered a fat, with another concentrated foods such as a starchy carbohydrate like millet / quinoa and sprouted/ gluten gluten bread . Ie open faced sandwich, quinoa/avo/corn salad.
    I am a little confused as I thought that too concentrated foods in one meal isn’t ideal for digestion? Please clarify. And if a small amount of avocado is okay to combine with starchy foods does this also include sweet potatoes and starchy veg, which I have been combining with one quarter avocado and greens at lunchtime hesitantly.
