Last Saturday, we released our 30-Day Meal plan! Already, it has received some rave reviews:
Mark Flores, from NV writes:
“As someone new to this way of eating, I’ve often struggled with knowing what to eat each day. I understand the principles but translating those into actual daily meals sometimes confuses me. This new meal plan is a godsend because it gives me such a clear picture for how to plan my days, but also the flexibility to adjust my meals to the foods I have or can buy. I love it so much.”
Rachelle G. from CA tells us:
“I love Beauty Detox but always found that when I didn’t know what to eat, I was more likely to cheat. This meal plan simplifies and clarifies that for me, so that I can always plan ahead and I feel so much more confident because of it. Thanks so much Kimberly for releasing this and making it affordable.”
And Macarena L. from FL says:
“Kimberly, this is so fantastic! Now I don’t have to worry about what to eat…I just open this meal plan, pick out some meals and make sure I have the right ingredients on hand. I know that I’m going to eat better and be healthier because of this, and that’s what matters most.”
Amazing, right? And we’ve only been offering it for a week. If you’d like to get your copy, you can do so by clicking here.
How to Use the 30-Day Meal Plan
Once you get your copy, remember the purpose of the meal plan is to guide you. Of course, you don’t have to follow the plan exactly. Let me say that again: you don’t have to follow this plan exactly. This is meant to be flexible and adjust to the foods you have on hand, or can easily buy at your local market.
Mix and match as you like, and make the plan your own. If you don’t like the choices on one day, look to other meals on other days for pairing ideas. And don’t feel you need to cook all these dishes all the time. Leftovers are great!
The meal plan also works for all levels of experience — whether you’re just beginning or you’ve been doing Beauty Detox for many years, you’ll be able to jump right in and customize it for your own needs.
Just be sure you’re still eating Light to Heavy and that you’re only having one concentrated food per meal. So in other words, just keep it simple. And don’t worry — this meal plan is meant to be fun and liberating, not rigid. Don’t forget to enjoy your food and life!
Take care and have fun with your meal planning!
Love,
Kimberly
Have you ever thought of creating an interactive phone app? With drop down selections for food combining/pairing etc could be a nice compliment to the BD lifestyle
Yes, we would love to do that! Just so much happening, but definitely something we are thinking about! :)
Are a lot of the recipes grain-based or legumes? I have an intolerance to legumes (can’t even stomach hummus) and am minimizing grains. I still like the concept of the BDS, but can’t figure out what’s right for me…
No, most are vegetable based — with the occasional grain or legume.
Still waiting to hear from someone reference my card being charged but I am unable to access the 30 day meal program. I have left 2 messages here and a couple on FB. Would be nice if there was a direct contact number for problems such as this. Please advise. Thanks!
Hi Terri, hopefully you got an email about this. Thanks for contacting us and please confirm that it is resolved when you can. Thanks!
I ordered and was charged for the 30 meal program and I never received an email with the link. I also sent two emails to your company and didn’t get a response. Please help
So sorry Maria, we received a lot of orders and will get that to you asap. Thank you for your patience.
Very good article. I will be dealing with many of these issues as well..
When you say “one concentrated food per meal” do you mean fat? Starches?
Yes, in the context of Beauty Detox the concentrated foods are usually grains, fat (avocados or nuts), etc.
Hi Kim,
What do you think about Garden of Life RAW meal supplements?
They are great! Overall, I find their product quality to be pretty high.
I’ve just bought the plan but I don’t know wether I’m a caterpillar, a chrysalis, or a butterfly. I can’t afford to buy the glowing lean system and I would really like to know what am I in order to be able to follow the plan the way I should. I am really excited to start with this lifestyle!
Hi Paloma, the simplest way to think about it is basic, intermediate and advanced — and I recommend using the level you personally feel comfortable with. There are no rules, only guidelines and suggestions!
Hi Kimberly,
I forgot what day I ordered my 30 day meal plan, but I cannot find the link for it in my email account. Is there a page I can visit to sign in?
Hi Priscilla, we emailed you. Hopefully received it and got things resolved. Thanks!
I just purchased the 30 day plan and cannot click on the link- please help!!
Okay Jennifer! Katelyn will be emailing about this soon. Thank you!
Hi we bought today and the program is fantastic but it’s not working in an interactive fashion. We tried two laptops after watching the tutorial and our phones. I have to literally scroll through 91 pages to look at recipes then scroll back to find my day as the “back button” isn’t working either. It’s making it way too frustrating…Thanks.
Thanks for finally writing about >How to Make Our 30-Day Meal Plan Work for You <Liked it!
I believe what you published was very reasonable. But, what about this? suppose you wrote a catchier title? I mean, I don’t wish to tell you how to run your website, but suppose you added a post title that grabbed folk’s attention? I mean How to Make Our 30-Day Meal Plan Work for You is a little boring. You might look at Yahoo’s front page and see how they write news titles to get people interested. You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to get people excited about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it might bring your posts a little livelier.
I found the title to be very clear, I knew exactly what kind of information i would find in it. A catchier title could compromise its clarity.
Hi Kimberly, How many calories should be consumed daily in your meal plan?
