I have been practicing yoga for about 18 months now and have touched upon meditation during my practice but I have seemed to have lost my way a bit with it, and find it hard to maintain the practice. I am currently studying a degree and have a lot of work over the holidays to do so this honestly could NOT have come at a better time! I was starting to feel my anxious chest ache that I get today…. Hi my name is Emma Sharp and I am a junior in highschool in pennsylvania. For over a year now I have been a vegan with a focus on whole food nutrition. Through you as my inspiration I have found a love in learning more about nutrition from whole food sources and have decided I wish to pursue a nutrition coaching career. As part of my highschool requirements, I must complete a job shadow of a person whose job interests me. Living in pa, it is hard to find a nutrition coach with similar vegan morals to shadow. For that reason I was wondering if in anyway possible I could job shadow you for a day. I have family in san diego so it would be possible for me to go there and drive to los angeles. Please let me know soon, as I hope to complete this before 2015 if not by the end of January.
