In this episode, Tony and I talk about a new way to set goals for the New Year. We talk candidly about why many people fail when setting “resolutions” for the New Year. I share ways to set yourself up for success including tangible ways to make your desires come to life and have personal accountability for the fruition of your goals. If you are planning on setting some new goals for 2016, this is the podcast for you.
Next, my very special guest, is Anthony Mackie. Anthony is a GGS lover, actor and Marvel super hero. Anthony is a client of mine, and he and I talk about how he has incorporated the Glowing Green Smoothie into his active life and has used the Beauty Detox principles to stay fit and healthy for his movie roles. Anthony shares about what a day on set is like, raising his children, meditation and staying grounded in Hollywood. Anthony is a great example of how my philosophies work wonders with men, too!
