Stephanie – Boston, MA

My boyfriend works five nights a week at the Port Authority. He usually takes 2 apples and a Kit’s Organic fruit and nut bar for a snack. When he first started working there several years ago, he ate a meal sometime during the night, but noticed he was gaining weight. I know it isn’t ideal that he’s eating late, but can you recommend a snack for him to eat under these circumstances?
Fazlin – Miami, Florida
I used to have really thick hair and I have found over the years that my hair has thinned out. Is there anything I can eat to help with the health of my hair?
