You mention in The Beauty Detox Solution that cacao can be toxic if not used in moderation. How much is too much? I currently have at least 2 tablespoons per day is that overdoing it?

Hi Kimberly…
I have been waiting for you to answer about reducing wind/gas in the body. Its Ramadhan month and ive been breaking fast with hot water lemon and ggs. After prayers i would consume big dharma kale salad and i notice i have ALOT of wind. My bowel has been superb but i cant get over the wind in my body. Im breastfeeding so i feel sorry for my baby cause shes been feeling quesy with excessive farting. Since you’ve mentioned spinach and kale can contribute to wind and it would take some time for my body to adjust to it, i stopped eating it for now. Is there any other food i can pair up kale/spinach because i love eating them but i dont want that wind in my body. Thanks for sharing :)
