Looking for
You may have heard me talk about lattes from your local coffeehouse before. The average latte is made with coffee, dairy milk, vanilla “flavors” (an artificial mix of who knows what), tons of sugar and (if that wasn’t already enough!), whipped cream (moooore dairy). These are all Beauty Detox no-no’s! Of course, sometimes you want to have a treat with some sugar, but if you want to feel and look your most beautiful and healthy, “regular” lattes are not drinks you should ingest often.
Ok, so then what? You- and me- need something! I totally understand. Why? Because I feel the exact same way. I like a little nip of something yummy and sweet, and sometimes I want something different from dark chocolate (or along with it!).
So here’s what I got for you. It’s a really easy substitute for a satisfying dessert drink, and has the added benefits of beauty fat, including omega-3 fatty acids, which promotes great circulation, balanced moods, reduced inflammation and being great for smooth skin!
As an optional ingredient, you can even had a pinch of cinnamon, which is great for helping your body metabolize sugar and boosting metabolism.

I hope you try this, and that your afternoon lattes become obsolete (or mostly) in your life. And let me know what you think, especially if you are new to hemp milk!
This is the tea latte that I have been making all year!! I mostly use organic Numi rooibos (green and red) or sometimes organic peppermint. instead of coconut nectar, i use stevia :)
Hi Karen…thanks for checking out my video and for sharing your version. Sending lots of love! ;)
This sounds amazing, will have to check this out for tomorrow :)… My coffee intake is cutting down from a pot to 2 cups, but still working on it. I did find an organic concentrated coffee (cold) at Whole foods and used half that and half coconut milk (steamed) to try and create my own Latte. Hemp milk is on my TO TRY list.
That’s wonderful Valerie Hass – good for you on limiting your coffee intake. Lots of love and support to you! ;)
This is brilliant. I realized I was not craving coffee. I was craving warm nourishing feel of drinking hot almond milk.
Thanks for checking this out! Keep up the great work and sending lots of love! ;)
