Hey Kimberly, hope all is well with you and baby boy?
I was wondering if you knew any good acupuncturist in NY and what your thoughts were on cupping. On another note…is there a big difference between your Probiotic Beauty Slaw and your Probiotic Enzyme Salad or did you recreate one for a quicker and easier option.
Hope to hear back.
Hi Alma and thanks for your great questions. At this time, I am not recommending acupuncturist but word of mouth in your local area is a good way to start. Then, just ask lots of questions when you start checking out a few choices. See how you feel and how they acupuncturist answers your questions.
As for the salads:
Probiotic Enzyme Salad: https://bit.ly/2aukVo1 helps in digestion and is good to have at least a half cup a day and the Probiotic Beauty Slaw: https://bit.ly/2aNzkQQ really brightens your skin and has amazing nutrients as well. There are differences ( as you will note when viewing the links I’ve included ), and really it’s about your preference. But I recommend both. Switch it up and see how you feel.
Sending lots of love! ;)
Thank you for your response! Looking forward to trying both! I also forgot to mention that I’ve recently been enjoying your goji chia smoothie (YUM) and this last time I made it thought to add some spirulina. Is that ok to mix in or not a good choice?
Thanks again!
Great blog and podcast. Keep up the good work!
Thanks so much Freedom Chinese Medicine for tuning in. Lots of love! ;)
