I just had a question regarding food combining. I love sun flower butter ! What can I combine that with ?
Hi Beauty! Sunflower butter is essentially a fat, so it combines best with raw veggies or dried fruit. My philosophy is all about keeping your meals simple and easy to digest, so making sure you’re not trying to eat too many different types of foods at once is key! Sending you lots of love xx
