Now that fall is here and the wind has picked up I am feeling like I need food that is more grounding. What are your go-to fall foods?

I feel a bit scattered with the change of season. I was eating pretty light over the summer but now I want heavier, warmer drinks and meals. I have been feeling a bit constipated and not sure of an easier way to switch my eating over?

I always gain weight this time of year. I worked really hard this summer doing your 30 Day Roadmap and have lost about 10lbs. I always get sucked into eating crap around the holidays and drinking more. Do you have any suggestions for me on how to not fall victim to cravings this season?
