Our special guest this month is Kim Lundstrom and she is from Tyler, TX. She is married and has two kids ages 23 and 18. Her husband and her own a Self Defense Training School and she really enjoys it. She is truly passionate about being able to teach people practical self defense to learn how to truly defend themselves from any threat. They teach many ladies from the battered women’s shelter and local churches. She is also a Certified Health Coach from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She started her passion for health and wellness after finding The Beauty Detox Solution and many years ago.
First Question: I have dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as I remember. I’m always tense and have been told to just let it go. That does not work for me. Any suggestions on how to deal with anxiety, depression and PTSD?
Second Question: I also suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and chronic migraines. I want to get off of medications and I know that being constantly stressed and anxious is not helping my body. What are you thoughts and suggestions?
Third Question: I gained 40 pounds after my hysterectomy and can not seem to lose the weight. My hormones levels were non existent after and was put on hormone replacement. I’ve heard that HRT is not good and can cause problems. What are your suggestions to balancing them with foods etc?
