Dr. BJ Fogg is a behavior scientist at Stanford, where he directs research and innovation at the Behavior Design Lab. He also teaches his models and methods in graduate seminars. His name is Dr. BJ Fogg and he is an author, a behavior scientist at Stanford, where he directs research and innovation at the behavior design lab. He’s a real expert in human behavior. And in fact, one of his students co-founded Instagram and another one of his students. Co-founded clubhouse. He’s a lot of interesting information to share with us, and he has an amazing book called tiny habits. So we’re going to get into today all the different ways that we can shift our lives for the better in small, tiny ways that add up to enormous ways, super excited for our interview today.
