Hi Beauties and welcome to our practical alignment meditation or our theme today is Fearlessness. I have a very special announcement. Our practical enlightenment meditations for the next few months are going to be inspired by my new book, You Are More Than You Think You Are – Practical Enlightenment for Everyday Life. And these meditations are going to be drawing inspiration from the chapters, which all focus on different soul qualities. These are very important to access within yourself and expand in order to reach your fullest potential.
Today we’re talking about fearlessness because this is the very first quality that we need in order to break past the blocks that keep us small and limited in our lives. And this is the first soul quality chapter in the book. I’m very excited to say that you can pre-order the book now, if you’re listening to this after January, 2022, you can just go pick it up.
However, if you are listening to this before, then you can pre-order it. And if you do so, you will be able to get the first few chapters of the book immediately, including this fearlessness chapter. What we want to do is we really want to focus on this fearlessness inside of us and bring that forth, which is the goal of our meditation today.
We want to tap into that energy because when we do that, we are able to move past these blocks. We’re able to create what we want, manifest our dreams and go from feeling limited to expansive and full and whole.
Guided Meditation
Please take your comfortable meditation seat. It can be on a chair with your feet flat on the ground or on the floor. I prefer the floor personally, but it’s up to you. I like to sit cross-legged with my hips elevated a bit which keeps your spine lifted in a easeful way.
Once you’re there, go ahead and take a couple deep breaths in and out, just starting to ground into your body. Really feel the power of the presence of this moment. As you come into your seat, come into the, now, come into this reality or sitting together right here right now.
Then, bring your hands together into prayer pose. This will be a little bit different, as your hands are going to press your palms and then you’re going to bring the heel of your hands near the base of your wrists, and press it into the top of your abdomen. Your solar plexus, which is a couple inches above your belly button. It’s like a prayer pose, but it’s pointing straight out like an arrow.
Inhale.
You’re going to start to bring your hands forward, like an arrow.
As you exhale, you’re going to draw them back in and as you inhale, bring your hands forward and then exhale, press them back in inhale, pressing out like an arrow, strong and straight, and then exhale, press them back in.
Continue this movement a couple of times on your own inhaling arrow, presses out, exhale draws back into your solar plexus strong.
And as you do this movement, start to feel the focus, the strength within you.
This fearlessness quality emanating out very straight, not rigid, but focused, fearless coming straight out. We do not waiver. We do not cower. We do not hide. We are fearless and start to embody that energy in your body right now. Even if sometimes you don’t feel that way.
You can call it energy in with this motion, inhaling, pushing your arrow out, exhaling, drawing it back in a couple more times, just like that. Inhaling, pressing your arrow out and exhaling coming back in one more time, inhale strong, fearless exhaling coming back in and then go ahead and rest your hands on your lap. Palms facing up.
Take a couple more deep breaths in and out. Just feel that strength emanating from that movement now through every cell of your body, feel that you do have this energy inside of you.
You have this quality of being fearless of standing strong for standing for what you believe in for going for going after what you want to create and not letting anything get in your way.
Feel that in your posture feel upright, but not rigid, focused, strong, and yet also soft and gentle at the same time.
Breathe all the way down into your solar plexus, where arrow just came from seat of personal power.
Feel your breath, starting to ignite that fire. The elements primary in that chakra is fire. Start to feel that you were stoking the fire of your own fearless energy rising up inside of you strong and focused. Fearless.
Setting the Intention for Today
As you continue to breathe down into your solar plexus area, I’m going to introduce our seed intention. Now merging with the divine merging with the true self consciousness and the I am form. You can say it to yourself or you can just listen quietly, whatever resonates.
I Am fearless.
I Am fearless.
I Am fearless.
I Am fearless.
I know that I can take right action and meet each moment.
Whatever life brings to me, as it comes, I Am fearless.
I meet each moment with strength focus and I call on all the tools and resources that I have available to me.
I know that I can access all the ones that I need, that they come forward fully into each moment with fearlessness.
Take a couple more deep breaths, feel that fire starting to get stronger and stronger in your belly.
The truth is in many ways, we’ve all been playing into our fears. We’ve all been playing small, but we don’t have to go that route anymore. We can access our fearlessness. We can bring it forward in the world, can bring it forward in our lives more and more in each moment as it arises.
Take a couple more deep breaths feeling that strength, that fearlessness that is inside of you. And if you feel ready to close, you can start to bring your hands together and to Anjali mudra.

The true self fearlessness, the sword of fearlessness that can cut through delusion and limitations that we put on ourselves.
