Cellulite- the dimply, jiggly patches of skin that appears around the thighs? It’s the dread of most all women everywhere, of all sizes. But don’t worry, there is something you can do about it! Genetics play a part, but so do the foods that you eat or supplements you should steer clear from fish oil capsules.
Check out my segment from The Dr. Oz Show where I share which foods and strategies can help reduce the appearance of cellulite! You don’t want to miss this one (especially with summer on the way).

Hello
I just saw the video about Cellulite with Dr. Oz. I just want to thank you for all the education regarding nutrition that you share with us. I recently purchase your book ” The Beauty Detox Solution”, and I have to say that it literally has change my life. I’ve been eating much healthier for a couple of weeks only and I have to say “what a difference”. The biggest difference that I have noticed is not necessarily just the fact that I have lost weight but my mood has greatly improved. I feel happy, radiant, optimistic!!!! There is no way I’m going back to that lifestyle. Thank you sooooo much!!!!
I’ve never had Raw Oat Groats, will definitely have to try! Thanks Kimberly!
Ok Kimberly, I have been eating a vegan healthy whole foods diet for years and I still have and seem to be developing more cellulite! Help!
Hi Lisa,
My husband is a massage therapist (16yrs now) and he says that the body quite often doesn’t know that cellulite is even there. You need to get blood flow into the area. Go see a massage therapist who knows how to do ‘skin rolling’. I’ll warn you now, it is painful, but it works!
Great job, Kimberly!
i watched this segment on tv, you did a great job =) !
thanks for these wonderful tips, i just started juicing and noticed a difference in my energy levels.
May you live a happy and healthy life.
Hi Kim,
I love how you use whole foods to treat health and beauty issues in a world obsessed with supplements! I am loving Beauty Detox Foods for all the tips :) Inspiring!

Thank you for this post! What a great segment with Dr. Oz.
I love all of your information and I’ve been enjoying the GGS for three weeks now! The link to the video about cellulite only lasted about 3-1/2 minutes (to food #3 – citrus) and I would really love to know what the other 7 cellulite removing foods are. I checked YouTube but the video isn’t on there. Do you have a manuscript or a list of the 10 foods that I can find on your website? Or maybe it’s in your book – I’ve only just started reading it. Please advise :-) Thanks!!
Thank you Kimberly, good information. I will try oat groats, but they should be organic, right? Isn’t all food, other than organic, gmo and or heavily sprayed with pesticides and insecticides? Why does Dr. Oz promote grocery store cereals, wheat & grain products that are terrible for our health?? I know many people who have no clue about gmo & have many health problems that follow his advice…thanks for your educated, healthy advice!!
