This week’s topic is: Where Does Feeling Not Good Enough Stem From?
I think we can all relate to this. I know I personally can have this sort of underlying feeling that nothing we do is good enough where we keep looking around and seeing what other people are doing. And we start to have that feeling inside of us. You know, some feelings we can’t really describe with words, but it’s this energy that is demoralizing and depleting.
It can be frustrating because it feels like as much as we try to do. And as much as we hustle and as much as we run around, we just still don’t feel good enough. And we’re going to be talking about that in today’s show. This is something that I think is a really big issue for a lot of us and something that I’m really passionate about sharing about in a really concrete way.
And I will say this now, as the excitement starts to build, this is a huge part of my next book where it is a very practical guide and I can go far deeper into tools and strategies. And that’s on the horizon. It’s called You Are More Than You Think You Are. The pre-sales are starting in about a month, and I want to talk about these topics that I think we all need to share about because this is what will help us the most. Even if our diet is really great, even if we’re doing our walks every day or exercise, but we aren’t healing that disconnect inside of us, then this is going to have a huge, detrimental effect on our lives. I’m really, really excited to get into our topic today.

Kimberly – My heart is absolutely shattered. Over the last two years my husband and I have become very disconnected, and have tried multiple ways to heal our relationship, but have become so different in who we are we lost each other along the way. I’ve been facing physical and mental struggles with masking everything to exercising excessively, and extreme food restriction because it was the only thing I was able to control. It has now spiraled, and I’ve been unable to control my thoughts and vision of who I see in the mirror. Can you give any advice to guide me to a safer place mentally, emotionally and physically that I can allow myself to heal and get healthy again?
Keila – Long Beach
Hi Kimberly, first I have to fan girl out and tell you how I am such a fan of yours and your work. I own all your books and listen to your podcast every week. Your voice is so calming! Anyway, I have a question about colon health and the importance of elimination. I take your SBO probiotics and the detoxy, and I have also been getting colonics every few months. What are your thoughts on colonics? Do you prefer open or closed systems? I know poop isn’t a glamorous subject but with the rise of autoimmune disorders and colon cancer in younger generations, I want to be diligent on removing all toxins. What are your thoughts?
Kathy – Philadelphia
How can I feel more my worth when it comes to my job? Is this an area where the 4th cornerstone would help with my mindset?

Is meat, fish, and dairy the only real foods that can cause irritation in our guts? I sometimes feel like I have to stay clear of tomatoes so it makes me wonder how to really know what I should avoid?

Kimberly: 00:01 Hi Beauties and welcome back to our Thursday, Q&A podcast where our topic today is Where Does Feeling Not Good Enough Stem From? And I think we can all relate to this. I know I personally can this sort of underlying feeling that nothing that we do is good enough where we keep looking around and seeing what other people are doing. And we start to have that feeling inside of us of, you know, it’s kinda just feels like a feeling in my body as I describe it. You know, some things, some feelings we can’t really describe with words, but it’s this energy that is so, um, you know, demoralizing and depleting. And it just frustrating because it feels like as much as we try to do. And as much as we hustle and as much as we run around, we just still don’t feel good enough.
Kimberly: 00:49 And so we’re gonna talk about that in today’s show. This is something that I think is a really big issue for a lot of us and something that I’m really passionate about sharing about in a really concrete way. And I will say this now, as the excitement starts to build, this is a huge part. You guys have the next book where it is a very practical guide and I can go far deeper into tools and strategies. And that’s on the horizon. It’s called you are more than you think you are. Um, the pre-sales are starting in about a month, but I just, you know, as always, I want to talk about these topics that I think we all need to share about because this is what will help us the most. So even if our diet is really great, even if we’re doing XYZ, even if we’re doing our walks every day or exercise, but we aren’t healing that, that disconnect inside of us, then this is going to have a huge, detrimental effect on our lives.

Question #1 around the topic of: Where Does Feeling Not Good Enough Stem From?: Kimberly – My heart is absolutely shattered.
Kimberly: 02:49 Okay, let’s get into the questions today. The first one comes from Marina and she lives in Ontario. She’s a Canadian beauty. Hello, my love you big hugs up there over the border. She writes Kimberly. My heart is absolutely shattered over the last two years. My husband and I have become very disconnected and I’ve tried multiple ways to heal our relationship. We’ve become so different in who we are that we lost each other along the way I’ve been facing physical and mental challenges with masking everything, to exercising excessively and extreme food restriction, because it was the one thing I was able to control. It is now spiraled. I’ve been unable to control my thoughts and vision of who I see in the mirror. Can you give any advice to guide me to a safer place mentally, emotionally, and physically, that I can allow myself to heal and get healthy again, all marina, my love, my heart goes out to you.
Kimberly: 03:50 I know that the heart is so sensitive to relationships and when something doesn’t work out the way that we want it to, or something starts to go off course, of course it can feel really devastating. And when we, um, especially, you know, of course the tendency is to fill that void to fill that pain with outside means, as you mentioned, it’s the exercise or food restriction because as you so wisely put, these are the things that you can try to control. But the, the truth is that we can’t put bandaids on healing the way to heal through this is to deeply go through it. And this is something that I know from personal experience, from the hardest time in my life, which is to date, which is when I, I lost my mom. And then I went through a big breakup with, um, Bobby’s father with Emerson’s father, my first son shortly afterwards.
Kimberly: 04:51 And I felt like my heart, you know, it was trampled down upon. I felt, you know, despondent at a time. Like I would never really heal from all the happened. And so I understand how it feels, um, to be in that place. And so I like how you were used the word safer, the way that I was able to get through the grief was to face it and to breathe through it and to really be in it just like food. And I’ve been talking about this a lot. When food comes into our body, if we don’t allow it to go through, then it sits and it starts to create more, um, disharmony in the body, right? In the form of gas, the form of indigestion, the form of toxicity, storage, whatever it is. And so that means that we don’t want, we want to be present when we’re eating.
Kimberly: 05:46 We don’t want to take you two bites and not chew. We don’t want to eat right before we go to bed because it doesn’t allow the presence of digestion to move through the food. And so what we’re talking about here is being really present with what you’re feeling my love and sitting with it. This can feel tough because we want to turn away, but that is the way through is to really allow the energy, to move through you by allowing it to come up and otherwise we just push it down and push it down. And then, like you said, unhealthy habits can start to accrue or in the discomfort you’re just trying to run around and it actually extends the pain. So what I would suggest love is to just to create some real stillness and some space around this, and they can look some different ways for me, journaling has been so healing and so impactful and allowing me to sort of process my feelings and let them come up and to be really vulnerable with myself and to say, you know, I like this doesn’t feel fair.
Kimberly: 06:50 This is one, this isn’t, you know, what I, what I wanted and I’m a good person and why is this happening to me? And once I started to really get to all the feelings, cause everything you’re feeling is okay and it’s valid and it’s important to let it come up. Then I could start to feel into them and then I could start to release them. And I could just start to find some peace around them. And I guess start to slowly move myself away from the victim mindset of the unfairness and why me into more surrender and more peace in, you know, not necessarily understanding everything that happens, but finding a way, like I said, just like with the breath and being present to, to this moment and to surrender to this moment. And you know, I understand you, you probably had very high hopes for your marriage and you wanted it, you guys to grow together.
Kimberly: 07:44 But I will say as someone that’s been through marriage disillusion that I regret nothing. You know, my past relationships have taught me so much. Am I, they helped my heart grow in ways that I didn’t expect. And so now, as I look back on those times, it was so hard going through it, but I don’t think I would be where I am today. I don’t think I would have the depth of connection with my husband now, had I not been in that place where I had to grow and really crack my heart open even more. So what I’ll share with you love is that while it feels so tough and you know, this masking that you’re talking about in your question is, is a go-to tendency. If we can walk through the fear, if we can breathe through it and be really vulnerable and be okay, that we’re scared, be okay with a disappointment or whatever you’re feeling and find a way to really rise up to that energy and those emotions that will bring about the healing faster.
Kimberly: 08:48 And it will allow you to feel healthier in a way that you have ever been stronger, more resilient, more grounded because the safety that you’re talking about comes from maybe placing some of your safety in the marriage, placing some of your identity in something outside of yourself. So this is a really powerful opportunity marina to take back that power, take back that safety and say, I give it to myself and you give it to yourself through self-connection through, you know, once we weather a big storm like this, we realized that we can really weather anything. And so instead of turning away, instead of distraction, sitting in it, feeling it, being with it, and I mentioned journaling and of course meditation, and the time after meditation is a really beautiful time to go deeper and deeper into yourself. We have our practical enlightenment meditation, which I’m really excited to offer you if they resonate, they’re free, you can check them out on the app.
Kimberly: 09:49 But beyond that too, I encourage you to lean on community and, you know, just finding a sister or, you know, some of you can, we also have the Soluna circle. I can’t help, but mention here, which is a wonderful supportive community where we really talk about these challenges in a deep way. And the chats, the daily chats are getting deeper and deeper and we bring them up in the live zooms, but to really, um, allow this to not be hidden within you. So if there’s, there’s, there’s people that you can lean on your tribe. I think this is a really wonderful way instead of turning into like, you know, exercising more and more, but really just being with what is and, and talking about it as well, um, can feel, can feel really good and can also help bring clarity. So I am here for you.
Kimberly: 10:36 My love, I know you are strong enough to overcome this, and I think you and I will be talking about this in a while and you’ll see that this was such an amazing gift in the end. And you grew so much and your heart opened and allowed space for perhaps some more, um, aligned things to come in and whatever form that may be. So sending you so much love, and let me know how you do with all of this. And, um, again, for real life concrete tools, I’m going to have that look for you very soon, which directly addresses this. I actually talk right in the beginning of the chapter to fearlessness and I talk about my breakup and in detail and how I got through it. So that’s coming for you as well. My love, thank you so much for being part of our community.
Question #2 around the topic of: Where Does Feeling Not Good Enough Stem From?: Hi Kimberly, first I have to fan girl out and tell you how I am such a fan of yours and your work.
Kimberly: 11:28 And I send you so much good vibes and so much love honey. Okay, let’s go to our next question. Who comes from Kayla and she lives in Long Beach and she writes, hi, Kimberly. First, I have to fan girl out and tell you I am a fan of yours and your work. I own all your books and listened to your podcast every week. Your voice is so calming. Anyways, I have a question about colon health and the importance of elimination. I take care of SBO, probiotics and Detoxy, and I’ve been getting a colonic every few months. What are your thoughts on colonics? Do you prefer open or closed systems? I know poop. Isn’t a glamorous subject, but with the rise of auto-immune disorders and colon cancer, I want to be diligent on removing all toxins. What are your thoughts? So Kayla, my love sending you a lot of love out there.
Kimberly: 12:22 I’m so grateful for our connection. And I love, love to hear that, um, time and space do not hold back love and connection. So wherever you are out there in long island, if you’re listening to this, I am sending you a big virtual hug. Now back to your question. When I started my journey now, um, over 10 years ago, because the BDD tox solution was published in 2011, I was doing quite a bit of colonics. I was constipated for so many years and I needed help in moving that stagnant energy. So I think depending where you are in the cycle, colonics can be a wonderful tool. I was always drawn to gravity colonics instead of, you know, some of the, um, the method like the high pressure methods are the ones that didn’t feel good to me, where you hold a lot and then release.
Kimberly: 13:16 I really liked that steady flow of the gravity, which was allowing the, um, Paracelsus, allowing your own body to work. And even perhaps strengthened, I’ll be honest with you now that was, you know, 10 years ago. And now I personally do not do colonics. I felt like I got to the point where I got a really good baseline and I don’t, I do think there’s such a thing as overdoing anything, right? So for me it felt like, you know, if I was to continue doing them, it would thin the lining. It didn’t, it didn’t feel necessary anymore. And this was something that I really felt intuitively. So I personally don’t do colonics now, but I do Detoxy and I’m glad you take it as well. And that feels really good to me to do a couple of times a week, um, because it’s releasing more and it’s helping to bind to the heavy metals.
Kimberly: 14:13 So the toxins that we know, we have the oxygen in there, we’ve got the magnesium, we’ve got the ASC, TUPE the vitamin C and all of this works really beautifully with your body and harmony. But I think this is an intuitive thing. You know, if you’re feeling like you, you still need to get them or you don’t have that baseline and you’re doing them every few months and you’re called to that, you know, that may be the right path for you. I think it’s, you know, with our bodies, no one knows your body better than you. I will also say it’s critical that you go to a therapist that you vibe with. It’s sort of like the yoga teacher that you vibe with, or the acupuncturist that you vibe with. You want to make sure that this person, because it’s a, it’s a purse, it’s obviously a very personal thing.
Kimberly: 14:59 Um, but there’s an energy to that kind of work. And you want to make sure that you’re with someone that you feel safe with and you feel good with. So you can really relax. I think that, you know, you’re talking about, um, auto-immune and you’re talking about removing toxins in the body. And I just want to stress here that working with the body and the physicality, which includes food, which are first, you know, the two cornerstones of two of the cornerstones of Solluna is an important component, but the emotional and the spiritual aspect, which is about self connection can not be overstated. I wholeheartedly believe if you eat perfectly and even if your body is a hundred percent toxin-free you never eat anything. That’s not organic. Somehow you live in a bubble and you don’t have any air pollution and you had this perfect water.
Kimberly: 15:56 I still think you can be prone. Anyone can be prone to disease because it’s not just about that. The mind, the emotional body and the spiritual body, I believe is the seed. It is the root where all disease starts to take place. And this is in our innovative concept. This is a yoga concept. Everything is energy. So, you know, again, depending on what you believe, yogis, believe, you know, some of this could have been started in another lifetime. If you’re open to that, this idea that we go through many lifetimes, it doesn’t necessarily come from this lifetime, or it could start from something, you know, a thought, whether it’s holding onto anger or self-hatred or sadness or whatever, there’s an energy into these emotions. And so, like I was saying to marina earlier, it’s really important that we metabolize our emotions and feel them and release them.
Kimberly: 16:49 Otherwise they can very much cause sickness in the body, things like cancer and things like auto-immune, um, you know, all of it relates. It’s not just about the physical food and the physical toxins. I do believe an imprint in the mind starts to translate through the body and it starts to cascade and maybe it starts to affect our stress hormones. And then maybe more energy, you know what, I’m talking about a physical way, like what’s happening, but then maybe we’re pulling more blood flow. We’re pulling more circulation out of our digestion because our body’s in fight or flight. There’s so much complexity going on. So suddenly our bodies or digestion is slowing down, not because of what we’re eating, but because of thoughts in the mind. Right? And so when that starts to happen, then we start to get more and more impacted and it’s affecting our physical potty.
Kimberly: 17:34 So what I would encourage you Kayla to do is I know it sounds, it’s great. You’re taking probiotics, you’re taking Detoxy. If you get occasional colonics that feel right to you, that may or may not be right for you, listen to your body. But besides that, my love, I encourage you now at this point to go into the other cornerstones more deeply, if you are really committed to your overall health and wellbeing and vitality, which I hope you are, I am committed to your health and vitality and wellbeing, which is my true passion, which is my why for putting out all of this podcast, any offering I have. And so, you know, I feel like it’s interesting about my books and what I share with you guys is I’m right here with you. I may be like one or two steps ahead, kind of, you know, the, the, the one in the front of the hike, kind of going through the cobwebs a little bit, but we’re all in this together.
Kimberly: 18:28 And so I was talking about food and Kalanick so much, 10 years ago, because that was where I was and where I am now is deeply, deeply being committed to sharing about how much these other cornerstones, the emotional and the spiritual affect our health, our weight, our energy, our happiness, our peace. And so, as someone that talked about food so much, again, 10 years ago, there is a real expansion of going beyond that now in my work, because I really feel like this is the ticket like this. We need to get this. If we are to really prevent disease, if we are really to feel our whole, most beautiful, true selves, and this is key. So Kayla, my love, it sounds like you’re putting a lot of great attention already in those two. I encourage you to look at the other ones, check out again, are free meditations. Some of the other offerings that we have in Selena and the other cornerstones and go to those places and it will really start to shift your energy and it will in many ways help to keep you healthier. Um, if you know, then just focusing on the food alone, so, or the, the body practices alone. So I encourage you to do that. My love. And I’m so grateful again for our connection. Please keep your questions coming. I’m here for you, sister and I, again, I’m so grateful for you and I’m so honored.
Break
Kimberly: 19:57 All right, my loves. We’re going to take a short break. And when we come back, we have two more questions for you on this topic of where does feeling not good enough stem from all right.
Question #3 around the topic of: Where Does Feeling Not Good Enough Stem From?: How can I feel more my worth when it comes to my job? Is this an area where the 4th cornerstone would help with my mindset?
Kimberly: My loves let’s get into our next question here, which comes from Kathy. And she lives in Philadelphia. She writes, how can I feel more of my worth when it comes to my job? Is this an area where the fourth cornerstone would help with my mindset? So Kathy, my love, I love this question. You hit it right on the head in this very concise, clear question. And I have a concise answer for you. Your worth should never be tied in your job. That’s something outside of you. That’s something that you can control. That’s something that isn’t part of your real essence. You can enjoy your job and you can have, you know, be proud of what you’re putting out and you can align your job, you know, as much as possible to your values, into your passion, into your truth, which is what I feel really grateful for my life.
Kimberly: 21:12 But ultimately your job is not who you really are and your job is not what we want to identify with. When we identify with anything outside of ourselves, even the most beautiful things in life, even our marriage, even our kids, our job, our community, there’s still going to be feelings of not good enough that come from that. Okay? Like the core message of our show, because those things shift and grow and change and ultimately are out of our control. So, you know what happens one day, if our kid turns into a teenager, it starts telling us, you know, we’re angry and they hate us or whatever. If our whole worth is in that, then, you know, we think, oh, you know, this is getting really rocked right now. And I’m only worthy if you know, I have this really perfect relationship with my child or what happens when they grow one day and they don’t need you as much, right?
Kimberly: 22:09 Or, you know, in our first question here, um, uh, where we marina, where we talk about our marriage, shifting our worth, can’t be in anything outside of ourselves. Our true worth, our true worth has to be with the true self. Everything else is external. And I know this may sound a little shocking to be like, wait, wait, wait, wait a minute. Like, I love my family. I love my community. Yes, yes, yes. I get it. I love my family too. And I love my community, but that is, that is different than worth, right? Like love and connection go deep. And ultimately we’re all connected, right? Ultimately we’re all one. This oneness concept is overlying everything, but self-worth comes from the inside. It comes from Kathy being connected to Kathy. And when Kathy’s really connected to Kathy, she will show up. She will, you know, do her best in her work.
Kimberly: 23:10 And sometimes if you know, it’s not received as well. Or sometimes if people don’t understand her work, she will try to work harder or work differently or learn more. But it never affects Kathy not feeling good enough because Kathy is always good enough, no matter what she does or does not do no matter how she ages or how her body changes or where she moves to Kathy is Kathy, no matter what. And that is the biggest gift that we can start to really wrap our minds around giving ourselves is who are we really? Who, where does our worth really come from? It comes from the true self. So there’s the ego part of us. That’s on the surface and lives with like, oh, you know, am I doing enough? Oh, this person has more money than me or more followers or whatever it is. And then the true self part is not easily labeled at all.
Kimberly: 24:06 We can’t label it. The true self is the formless part of us, the soul. And so when you said the fourth corner step helping with their mindset, the fourth cornerstone is everything. Spiritual awakening is every thing when it comes to not enough issues, it will never be enough. If we focus on the other stuff we have to get to this place where we connect in. And that’s what a spiritual practice is about. It’s not about religion. It’s not about set beliefs, it’s about connection and experiencing that connection. That’s why meditation is the most powerful way because we sit in that stillness where we’re not doing anything. And we start to really get to know and connect with this inner assets. It is the most valuable use of your time. I promise to me, the time spent in meditation is of the highest of the highest service to yourself and to others.
Kimberly: 25:01 Because what happens is when you start to connect more and more with yourself and with the true self inside of you, it means that you can allow that connection to come through you and out of you and other people sense it. And other people are drawn to that. And other people may, you know, feel safe and inspired to connect with their true self as well. So it’s really, really powerful practice. And, um, it’s something that builds over time. So as I talk about a lot in our practical nightmare meditations and the little videos I put out on social now, it’s, you know, it’s a practice. It’s got to build like a muscle over time, over consistency, but it is possible. And it is so impactful, the more and more you tune into it. And the more and more you tap into it. So forget about your job, Kathy.
Kimberly: 25:50 You know, it doesn’t, I don’t care if you, you know, um, make purple hats or you, um, teach children to read or you trim trees or whatever you do. All of it’s wonderful. You, but you are the one that brings your energy to it. And Cathy is wonderful for cafe, not for any job she has matters. Not ultimately. Now of course, as you align to your true self and you connect with your worth, it, it naturally extends into a job into something that will feel good to you and aligned, or you, you bring that, you know, that vibration of energy to whatever you do. So that will feel good. So of course, job is an extension of your energy in a sense, but again, not your worth, honey, never, your, your worth is always intact. You are always whole, no matter what you do. So please check out our meditations.

Question #4 around the topic of: Where Does Feeling Not Good Enough Stem From?: Is meat, fish, and dairy the only real foods that can cause irritation in our guts? I sometimes feel like I have to stay clear of tomatoes so it makes me wonder how to really know what I should avoid?
Kimberly: Okay. We’ve got our last and final question, which comes from Darla and Ohio. I love your name Darla so sweet and beautiful. And this is a practical question, which we want to always weave in as well, because the practical aspect of life is important. She writes is meat, fish, and dairy. The only foods that can cause irritation in our guts, I sometimes feel like I have to steer clear of tomatoes. So it makes me wonder how to really know what I should avoid. So first of all, answer this practically, and then we’re going to go beyond that.
Kimberly: 27:36 Um, no, because the short answer is no, there are many foods that can cause irritation in your gut. It, your body is unique and individual. And so it really, um, you know, it’s really unique to you and it’s really important that you into it. What is the best for your body and particular? And over time, you may find that what causes irritation may shift and change. We had Dr. Bulsiewicz. So it’s with Dr. Will Bulsiewicz also it’s who right, when amazing what called fiber fueled. So I will, we will link to this in the show notes, but as he mentioned, what’s really important to the gut health is actually variety. So eating a very wide variety of vegetables, each one has different substrates and enzymes that break down different components. So it’s going to strengthen your gut health just to have that wide variety in there.
Kimberly: 28:27 And so that’s something important to consider. And beyond that, of course, there’s so many individualities. Um, I definitely recommend taking your SBO probiotics every day because that naturally strengthens your gut and the lining and helps to prevent irritation because the stronger our microbiome and the more synergistically everything is working together, it helps to fortify everything that’s going on there. So it’s really important to know that. And again, to get that variety, I do recommend across the board, you know, by, at this point, there’s so much research thing that, you know, for many people, dairy and gluten, and there are certain foods, but yeah, you know, tomatoes have an acidic quality to them. And there’s a difference between cooked tomatoes and raw tomatoes. And so there are specific foods that you may feel more sensitive to. And so just know your body and respect your body.
Kimberly: 29:18 And remember that over time, it’s not a static thing, your body’s very dynamic. So over time, some of the things that you were sensitive to may shift and change and modify and go away the sensitivity. So we don’t know, but you want to continue to keep listening to your body more and more. And I will also say Darla, my love that, you know, I want to encourage you as, as I get these specific food questions to also consider going beyond food into this body awareness, into the mental and spiritual cornerstones that I, that I talked about earlier, because adding those other elements to your holistic approach of self-care of life is going to give you what you really want. I get a sense when we ask it and you know, not just you, but in general. And I was the same way when we keep going deeper and deeper into specifics of foods, there is a little bit of that energy.
Kimberly: 30:15 And I know this from myself of like, not enoughness. So I’m not feeling like things are right. I’m not feeling like it’s enough. So then I keep going deeper and deeper into food. Cause I think that’s going to give me the answers. It’s going to fix what I like is wrong. And I want to have more energy and I wanted to have this and this and this, and really that wasn’t the answer. It was the beginning of the path. And I was, you know, back then, so excited to share about food. And I, you know, I still am passionate about food, but I realized now the truth that is food is just one, one, um, ingredient in the recipe is one, one out of four primary ingredients. And so if we don’t, again, pay attention to our spiritual wellbeing, finding time to sit and stillness and to meditate and to connect, finding time, to really process our emotions and feelings and let the energy move through us.
Kimberly: 31:08 We can eat absolutely perfectly and we will still not get what we want. We will not get the results that we want. So I just want to mention that Darla my love, you know, take some of my advice here about the foods, but please consider going deeper and deeper into the other cornerstones to really achieve the results that you want on a big, big scale. And I think that, um, it’s gonna, it’s gonna open things up for you and you’re going to feel better than you ever have as you go deeper into this holistic journey. So thank you so much. My love for your question and for our connection. I appreciate you so much.
Thought of the Week
Kimberly: And before we sign off today, my loves, I want to give a quote of the week, which I wrote as always at the beginning of the show, when I saw you got a topic and I glanced down, and this is a clear one. When you shift from identifying with your ego to identifying with your true self, you will always feel good enough.
Kimberly: 32:13 So let’s say it again. When you shift from identifying with your ego, right? So sort of like we’re talking about with Kathy, my ego says, well, this is what I do in the world. And this is what my job is. And this is what I look like. And dah, dah, dah, we identify with all that. We’re never going to feel good enough because there’s always more we can do. And there’s always, you know, people that have more, we compare and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But when we start to identify with something deeper, we identify with the true self inside of us. Then we realize, wow, I need do nothing to hustle for self-worth because I already have it. I am already good enough.
Kimberly: So sit with that, my loves, and please keep your questions coming. I’ll be back here on Monday for our next interview podcast, but please head over to mysolluna.com for the place where you can submit the questions, the show notes, links to other articles, podcasts, I think you would enjoy.
