Hi everyone and welcome back to our Thursday show. I hope that you are doing well. And if you’re feeling great today, I hope that today’s show will help to further elevate your energy. And if you’re feeling that you’re in a little bit of a stuck place or there’s a little bit of stagnation right now, which is natural, we all go through these different periods. I hope that today’s show will also uplift you. Today we’re gonna be talking about empowering your thoughts which will help you to really thrive in life. And this is such a huge part of the wellness piece. I feel like now more than ever, we’re starting to acknowledge our thoughts and our feelings. And of course, our third cornerstone here at Saluna is emotional wellbeing. But still, because we don’t actually see our thoughts and our feelings, sometimes we overvalue the physical parts of our lifestyle, as which products we’re using or how much we’re exercising or what foods we’re eating, which are all very important pieces of the puzzle as well. But as we’ll get into the research and aspects of today’s show, our thoughts start to impact our feelings and our emotions.
They start to put into motion many different biochemical processes in the body. This becomes very physiological. This directly impacts our hormones, our gut health, our vitality. So we really want to be aware of what we’re thinking day in and day out. And today I’m going to give you some really powerful tools for being able to empower your thoughts. So if you’re someone who’s felt like it’s almost impossible to break these patterns. You think the same things day in and day out. You’re not alone. I very much, like many of us, have many of these circular thoughts. And research shows that up to 95 % of our thoughts are the same. And so there’s only a small amount of our thoughts that may be different, that may not be reinforcing these neural networks and these pathways over and over again.
Kimberly Snyder (02:16.768)
And sometimes we feel, you we hear these ideas about thinking more positively or, you know, just, you know, look at it in this different way. But if we’re still coming from the same place in our brains, in the ego, in the mind, it’s almost impossible, I have found in my experience, to break those thoughts. So today we’re going to, I’m going to be giving you some tips and tools and strategies that you can start to put into place to really empower your thoughts, which will change your feelings and emotions and start to really change your health, your vitality, your success in life, deepen your relationships and just help you to feel more light and peaceful as you cruise through the day. And this is really important right now in this day and age, especially because there’s so much that we’re being subjected to on the media out in the world as we start to move towards fall. There’s more busyness with school and things picking up perhaps at work.
So this is a really important time to talk about this and we will continue to build on it over time. So really quick, and we’ll also talk about this on today’s show. The show notes are mysaloon .com. Please share the show with anyone that you think would benefit from empowering their thoughts. Please share the show with anyone that you think would benefit in general from our philosophy, our community, such a wonderful way to spread great energy in the world because ultimately we’re all connected. Ultimately, we all impact each other. And so this is another critical time to raise the energy on the planet, to bring in more light, to support each other as brothers and sisters. So please share the show. Please write a review. If you feel called to, would be a really wonderful way to support the show. And also reminder that the Hidden Power of the Five Hearts is pre -selling now. And I bring this up because it will be released in a few weeks. So just in the immediate future, we are still offering our bonuses, which include our Vitality Recipe ebook. It includes our four week Heart Reset program, will include 60 minute live Zooms with me where you can ask questions. And we can go deeper into this topic of awakening your heart brain. So as the book goes on sale, that program will go away.
Kimberly Snyder (04:40.418)
So it’s a really wonderful time to tap into that now. So let’s get right into our topic today. This is so important to empower yourself and to get control over these thoughts so that they don’t control you. They don’t send you into constant cycles of inflammation and raising your cortisol levels and stress hormones, depleting you, aging you, ruining the lightness and enjoyment that you could feel in your day.
Katari from Germany. Thank you so much Katari for writing in. You write, Kimberly, I love the show and how much you give. My question is how can I mentally regulate my thoughts? So I am in more positive outlook, or have more positivity in my outlook and to start achieving my goals and dreams. Katari, there’s so much that you said here.
I love that we’re really talking and acknowledging this place inside of us, this energy inside of us, because everything is energy. And sometimes we live in this world that’s just so focused on external, so focused on what success looks like on paper. know, the achievements you can take off a list, the money, the looks, right? Instead of this deeper sense of what are we experiencing in our lives moment to moment, right? Like, what do we…
not just the energy levels, but where are our thoughts? Are we beating ourselves up all day? Are we feeling light? Are we feeling heavy? Are we seeing the world through a lens of deep pessimism and darkness? And so it’s really important that we start to, first of all, acknowledge. The very first thing I want to talk about here, Katari, and to all of us listening,
is this awareness. We have to be aware. So in the new book, there’s five heart stages, there’s five realities that we all go through to awaken into our power. And I was asked on a podcast yesterday, actually, what do mean by power? What does that mean? And so I would define power now, because a couple of books ago, it was called the Beauty Detox Power. did different definitions, slightly different.
Kimberly Snyder (07:02.07)
Now I see power as this source of coming from inside of us, where we are able to sustain love, fulfillment, joy, bliss, all these incredible energies without giving it away to the outside world. That’s where we give our power away, meaning that something triggers us and, you know, in the coffee shop, something happens in line.
And all of a sudden we’re back because our amygdala gets activated, this part of our brain that holds emotional responses. And now we’re angry at that person or we’re feeling a level of irritation. We’ve given away our health, given away our power. So when we can learn to within ourselves, empower our thoughts more and more, we start to better empower the energies running through our body. We’re better able to empower.
our vitality, instead of all these depletive emotions constantly running through us, which are triggered by thoughts, right? They’re very much connected. We start to create more resilience, which means more we’re resilient against going right into a stress response. We’re more resilient into going to that same reactivity and getting really frustrated or, you know, really envious of something we see on TikTok or social media, whatever it is. So,
Power to me means we have this ability to awaken into new levels of health, vitality, feeling peaceful and light within ourselves. And it’s very important that we start to understand, first of all, where we’re giving our power away and where we are creating energy leaks and drains. So the first heart stage is known as the dark heart. And these are the times in our life. And I didn’t make up these heart stages, by the way.
They come from the Vedas. They were laid out by Swami Sri Yukteswar, Yogananda’s guru, who was a Vedic mystic. He understood these ancient texts on a very profound, deep level. And he wrote about these heart stages so that we could understand on a deeper level where we were at a certain moment in time. And so the dark heart means we start to get really confused.
Kimberly Snyder (09:26.56)
and then low in energy or not feeling our purpose. This is very much connected to our thoughts. If our thoughts are running in many different directions, if we’re telling ourselves the same thing or very debilitating thoughts over and over again that we’re not enough, that we’re not doing enough, that we don’t stack up, all these thoughts running through, it puts us in a state of darkness.
Not darkness is bad, but this darkness where we don’t see properly. We don’t see across the room. We hit our elbow and our knee and we don’t get to where we want to go. So back to your point, Katari here about achieving your goals and dreams. When we’re in dark thoughts, disempowering thoughts, it becomes very challenging to create the beautiful, healthy relationships that we want, to create the projects, to see them through to completion and enjoy the process too, by the way.
to also enjoy our day -to -day moment -to -moment experience when our thoughts are low. I mean, this is just the truth of it. And so we want to start to be aware, first of all, of what we’re thinking, when we’re thinking it. What kind of thoughts do you have when you wake up in the morning? And then, you know, did you watch the news right away or did you fall asleep to watching something that’s sort of…
you know, lingers into the next morning. Neural pathways are reinforced and, you know, created overnight. So what you watch before you go to bed has an impact in the morning or what you’re thinking about or the conversations you’re having, the conversations you’re having while you’re eating impact your digestion. So start to be aware as you move through your day, these unseen energies that no one else really knows but you. What are you thinking about? Where is your energy and attention when you’re
in that work Zoom or when you’re playing with your child, are your thoughts completely about something completely different? Are you still ruminating about that text chain with your friend or are you still angry about something, a comment that was made to you when you walked into that meeting or whatever it is? So start to really be aware so we can start to break the pattern.
Kimberly Snyder (11:46.984)
And you can journal about this. Sometimes pen to paper can be really helpful, just like people have food journals, just as I’ve encouraged in the past. Start to just really be honest with yourself. If you’re listening to this right now, if you’re looking to change your life, the first and most important part of this is awareness. And believe me, awareness will continue to grow. So if you think you’re aware now, as we continue to awaken the heart, as we continue to tap into the true self,
You’ll start to be more aware. This was my direct experience with myself. As I started to do this heart coherence work, which I’ll share more with you about, as I started to just awaken, I started to see a lot. What I was really thinking that propelled me into saying something or projecting out an uncomfortable feeling, the thought was not of that moment. The thought was rooted in a past experience.
that was coming into that moment because it was stored somewhere in my brain. So it was propelling me into these thoughts. It wasn’t until I started to deeply digest past experiences. wasn’t until I had the tools to deeply come into the present moment that I started to shift, which is the next part of this. Shifting your perceptions is how we really start to empower our thoughts. So first we start to create that awareness. Wow.
I’m thinking about this a lot. I have trouble letting go of things that happened. I keep thinking into the night, whatever it is, we just start to be aware more of what we’re thinking. And number two, we start to realize that in order to shift our thoughts, we need to shift our perceptions of that situation. So what does that mean? That means that we go to a different place than the thoughts, quite literally.
We do some of the tools, which I’ll share about now and deeper in the new book. And we come back into that very situation with your child having a tantrum or that surprising email or text or that thing that triggered you on Instagram or in the news. And you can start to perceive it in a different way.
Kimberly Snyder (14:06.87)
It doesn’t have to be, it doesn’t have to take your power. It doesn’t have to take you down. You can start to see wider. You can start to see, well, maybe that person’s having a bad day or, okay, they saw this in a different way. Let me express my perspective in a calm way or, I guess I was misunderstood here. Let me clarify right from a calm place versus the perception of victim mode. They’re attacking me. Why does this have to happen to me?
Why is life so hard? Why is everything in the world so negative? This is the perception that comes from the unbridled mind known as the ego. So, so much of this heart work that I’m dying to share with you, so much that it’s leaking into these podcasts right now is about harnessing your brain and your thoughts to your heart’s power. This is known as heart coherence. And what it means is that your heart is the main biological oscillator of the body.
your heart is setting the rhythms. Imagine this, know, start to think of a rhythmic tone or rhythms that you see in nature or rhythms of waves, right? So when your heart starts to get activated with these 40 ,000 neurons, which can be achieved in very simple practices and under 10 minutes a day, what starts to happen is that the messages start to come into your brain that, by the way, the heart sends more messages to the brain. So it starts to send
messages of calmness and harmony and the syncing up starts to then regulate your nervous system. So again, everything works together. When your nervous system, when your body isn’t jumping straight into fight or flight, starts to reinforce to your brain. You’re safe. You don’t have to have these survival based thoughts. And when your thoughts start to change, it reinforces to your body. You can remain in a calm,
state of rest and digest in the parasympathetic nervous system balance. You don’t have to get triggered. You don’t have to go into this place that drains so much of your hormones and spikes your cortisol levels, tanks your immunity. So everything works together from an energetic standpoint. So how do we actually change our perceptions? It means we have to get out of the thoughts in that moment. And one of the things that I’ll share with you
Kimberly Snyder (16:31.074)
because it’s so simple and so powerful. We can do it right now. This is one of the preliminary practices is in the middle of the day, you start to connect. You start to shift your energy into your heart. So right now have my hand on my heart. Let’s say, whoa, this is really feeling challenging right now. I’m starting to go into that cycle. Slow down. So it’s like you’re pressing that pause button on light or slow down.
drop into your heart. So we can do it now together. You literally shift your energy and your attention into your heart, which again, I’ve said this before and I’ll continue to say it because it’s nice to hear it a few times to really reinforce this. This is research published in the American Journal of Cardiology. Very big respected journals show that when you put your attention on your heart, which contains 40 ,000 neurons and is a different type of brain,
and wider type of intelligence that can see things and change your perceptions, you start to rewire your nervous system. So in the middle of your day, as you start to notice and become aware of those disempowering thoughts and those disempowering thought patterns, staying in anger, feeling that you have no purpose, feeling so overwhelmed with the news, there’s a new term now, know, election stress.
because so many of us are feeling a lot of stress around the upcoming election and the state of the world, right? Put your hand on your heart.
and move your awareness there. Remind yourself that you can do this in three seconds and you don’t have to escape, you don’t have to go to a different place, you don’t have to zone out. You can stay right there present in your power, but you shift into your heart and you take a couple of deep breaths there.
Kimberly Snyder (18:31.19)
And so there’s some research and amazing graphs in the new book showing what that alone starts to do to your HRV patterns. So instead of being in chaos, your body starts to be in these beautiful, smooth waves. Remember we were talking about rhythms. So think about the lake where the water is lapping calmly over and over again. There’s a deep sense of groundedness, a deep sense of this beautiful resonance.
that puts you into this state of clarity. This means your thoughts then, because you’ve changed your perceptions, your thoughts start to become more clear. well, I can’t control that, but this is something that I can do today. I can’t control everything out in the world, but I can breathe down and feel peaceful right here, right now, and do my part in my day and flow through. And I don’t have to think about things I don’t control or
You know what, that did make me quite annoyed, but I wrote the email or I addressed it and that’s all I can do. So now I’m going to shift my attention away into this other thing. Right? So we start to empower our thoughts when we break that pattern of where we have been focusing and we go to the different place. The problem area is the mind, the ego, it’s unbridled. It’s a wild horse as I talk about in the book.
And so we need to shift away, not let the wild horse run the show, not let the wild horse ruin your health, deplete your energy, tank your thoughts, and then everything just goes haywire in your body. Taking back your power means you don’t let the thoughts run amok. So we go to the different place. You go into your heart and you take some deep breaths and close your eyes.
three seconds, 10 seconds. mean, sometimes you don’t have to close your eyes. Sometimes you may be driving in your car and you just make that shift. Or the other day I had a surprising conversation on the phone and right there on the phone, someone said something to me that I was completely not expecting. Right there in like two seconds, I went into my heart and didn’t say anything right away. There was this pause. And then the other person,
Kimberly Snyder (20:54.06)
You know, felt that pause and just talked a little bit more, but I regrouped myself. And then what came out of my mouth from that place of more calmness and more calm thoughts, happened, it can happen really quickly. It builds over time as well. The more you do these easy to practice tools in the book, I’ve reframed and was able to come to a great resolution. Whereas it could have ended in a very disconnected, fragmented place. So we want to learn to change our perceptions versus the much more arduous, forced and sometimes inauthentic way of just think positively, just think positively. The root is that something has been wired in our brain. The root is that we’re humans on this profound journey and many experiences are brought into the present moment. Yet when you go into the heart, when you go into this different heart brain,
you’re able to come into the present and change your perceptions in a way that blasts through a lot of the overthinking and the past neural networks that have built up, the past reactivity. You’re able to come into this present moment in a much more profound, powerful way than talking through things and working things out can do. And I’m not saying those things can’t have value, but the heart’s ways, nonlinear.
dynamic and can allow you to make some incredible quantum leaps. The third point here though, at the same time we want to make healthy lifestyle choices. 2018 study in the Lancet Psychiatry Journal found that regular physical activity is associated with better mental health and the lower incidence of depression. How we treat our bodies is also going to contribute to our ability
to be more resilient against stress and these lower thoughts. And that’s just the reality. So we want to make sure we’re exercising. We want to make sure that we’re sleeping enough. We want to make sure that we’re eating non -processed foods with all these different sugars and chemicals that can really imbalance our mind and our thoughts. Right? This has been shown time and time again in research. This is why we want to give our children and our families whole foods because it has a different energetic resin.
Kimberly Snyder (23:17.42)
resonance in the body. affects our bodies in different ways. It affects our energies and our emotions and our thoughts. So a very tangible thing that we can do is start to clean up the lifestyle. So as I started off the show, sometimes we find these moments we all go through where we’re just staying up a bit longer and maybe we’ve gotten to a slump of watching it, know, a couple hours more than usual of screens. Maybe we’ve gotten to a little bit of a cycle where we’re drinking a little bit more or taking takeout or whatever it is.
So instead of beating ourselves up, we just continue to shift now, now in this moment. We don’t have to be this big story about it. We don’t have to go on and on or try to deeply analyze why we got off track. We just come back right here, come back here, come back to center. Be aware, that happened. Here I am. Right. And I feel like sometimes we get stuck in this big story, we had to rehash it or beat ourselves up. We don’t, we just pivot.
We pivot. in the propelled heart stage, which is stage two in the book, I talk about this ability to harmonize with life, keeps our energy in check. It elevates us. keeps us more in the DHEA producing hormones, which is the precursor, precursor hormone that’s so important for our vitality. It’s so important for our energy, fertility. It combats cortisol. So we create that from our state.
not from this fake, should be thinking this, I should have positive thinking, but empowering thoughts, which again come from that slowing down, shifting to the heart, seeing things in a different way. I can take this simple step today. I can take this action step. this happened? Well, let me figure out a different place to go. This door is closed. guess that wasn’t for me. Let me go in this direction.
Or, you know what, there’s this crazy traffic right now. I’ll just have a chance to be here breathing for a little bit of extra time versus, my gosh, this traffic is ruining my life. This is horrible. I don’t like living in the city. I guess I get to go for a little bit of a longer drive today. Right. We start to shift into vitality promoting thoughts.
Kimberly Snyder (25:45.176)
from this more empowered place. And yes, lifestyle definitely helps with that. So the next part, number four, is establishing new patterns. So if your pattern is to get up every day and straight away turn on the news and straight away go to check your social media channels, you may start to become aware that that pattern puts you in a state of fight or flight quite early in the morning before you’ve established a deeper connection to your true self.
A new pattern could be that before you turn on the news, you take the first 10 minutes of your day to do your heart aligned meditation, which we did in the study, which was under eight minutes. The tracks are over at mysaloon .com slash five hearts book, which is paired with coherence, promoting music, which means that you can start to come into this state of resilience, stress resilience.
more clarity, more vitality, a better balance of your hormones. It’s very chemicals that are definitely creating impact on your thoughts. Or you just take 10 minutes for more stillness. You can set an intention for the day. You can just take some time to enjoy a little bit of quiet, your morning hot water with lemon and your probiotics. But you don’t go right into something that you can start to sense as a pattern that’s bringing you dysregulation.
If you have a pattern of saying yes to everything and then feeling overwhelmed with no time, maybe you break that pattern. was having dinner with someone last night and my husband who said that she’s not judicious with her time. And so we awaken to that pattern and then we create a new one. Maybe we’re really discerning. Maybe we wait and not say yes automatically, but say, you know, I’ll get back to you and then really start to.
slow down and consider if this is the highest and best use of my time. Do I need to rest a little bit right now? Maybe I don’t have to go out to that event or to this other play date or whatever. Maybe it’s just healthier for me and my family to be home today, right? Without the stories just from this much more deeper intuitive place. So we start to break the patterns of always running ourselves ragged, always doing this, always doing that. And we start to create a different shift.
Kimberly Snyder (28:12.074)
In very micro small ways, you can start to awaken your ability to create new patterns. So for example, you start to sit in a different chair or a different place when you’re doing your, I mean, you’re your hot water with lemon. Maybe you, play music, on a drive instead of going to the talk news radio.
Maybe you do a meditation after your evening shower or after your morning shower, whatever it is, you start to create a different pattern and it starts to have a different resonance. It starts to put you on a different track for your day. So I encourage you to see where just tiny ways, but add up to big change. can create some new patterns. Number five, be aware of your environment. So we’re talking about empowering your thoughts.
And your environment has a really big impact on that. What is your environment like? Is there a lot of noise? Is the TV on all the time in the background? Are you subjecting yourself to a lot of different energies? Do you always work in a noisy, loud coffee shop? Right? Or just giving examples here. The Journal of Happiness studies in 28 found that social relationships significantly
contribute to individuals happiness and well -being. So if you are constantly around the same negative friends and something we’ll talk about in the book, how all the heart fields intersect, their vibration, which is measurable by these sensitive pieces of equipment known as magnetometers, which measure magnetic fields, will start to intersect, impede on your energy. Now, of course, as we become more coherent and we start to be more in our power,
we become more resilient to other people’s energies. But for now, and when we’re specifically vulnerable to disempowering thoughts, choose carefully. Maybe it’s not the best time to get on that long phone call with your friend who always complains. Maybe we learn to protect our energy more. Maybe we lean into those really…
Kimberly Snyder (30:28.234)
beautiful positive relationships that make us feel uplifted after we’ve spoken to that person that can see us that’s there to support us. I feel so blessed that especially lately I’ve been around so many women in particular that are really supportive of other women. And this is a wonderful space to be in where you can see each other and not feel like you know you’re in competition or
I just feel that it’s a really important thing for us to support each other. And if you’re around people that aren’t supportive of you, find those people, find those people because they’re out there. And guess what? There’s amazing community. And I can’t help but mention again, please join our four week Heart Reset program because there’ll be a community in there that is on this track that will see life like we see it here.
where we can empower ourselves, great change is possible. We want to go deeper. We want to reach higher levels of our potential and our creativity and our vitality and our energy. And together we can ask questions in live time or you can watch the playback, but we can start to learn from each other’s experiences and start to feel that kinship and that support. So I encourage you to seek.
really supportive environments because this is a really important part of this as well. And the last thing I want to mention is properly practiced affirmations. Talk about the proper part in just a moment, but I want to mention a study from the Social, Cognitive, and Effective Neuroscience journal that found that self -affirmation activates the brain’s reward centers, promoting positive changes in behavior and attitudes. Now, when I say proper, I don’t mean like, you know, proper like
sitting up really tall and formal like at an English tea, but effective. Maybe I could use that word, effective affirmations. So there’s positivity that comes from changing our perceptions, which then naturally changes our thoughts from this really deep place inside of us. And then there’s like the kind of the upper layer, like I have to think positively, this like fake forced.
Kimberly Snyder (32:44.974)
positive thinking sometimes we hear about in these like motivational programs versus, so the same thing with affirmations. You know, if we’re just kind of saying it, I feel good today, I’m great, I deserve the best, but it’s not coming from this deeper place. It’s just the ego speaking. It doesn’t create that deep resonance. So what I recommend with affirmations, and I talked about this in my book, You Are More Than You Think You Are.
with Yogananda’s tools for affirmation, which is how I practice affirmations. You can go back to that or I’ll summarize it here. Yogananda being the great yoga guru who brought yoga here to the West and had so much to teach us about shifting our energy and coming into this power of the true self. He said that you want to be in a state of calmness first and equanimity. So this is why it’s a really beautiful
practice, this is how I practice affirmations, I do my heart aligned meditation first, I get into a state of coherence. Again, now the thoughts are naturally calm because they’re harnessed to the heart’s power. Now we’re in this deeper, more harmonious state where we can imprint positive change, including imprint positive affirmations. So ideally, you would do your heart aligned meditation first, you would be in a deeper state of harmony and coherence. And then as Yogananda teaches, you would
get really clear about a short statement. Let’s say, you know, I’m just making this up, but I have great energy right now. I’m just, you know, off the top of my head, great energy right now. Just say it out loud. And then you start to say it softer and softer, starting to imprint on the inside, not just so outwardly focused. And then you start to say it silently to yourself. And as Yogananda says, you start to merge with the energy behind the words. So the words are to create this deep imprint in your energetic field. I have great energy right now.

and you start to feel it and experience it versus this more mental place of, should be positive, I’m supposed to think this. Just very forced and superficial, right? Versus like, let’s say gratitude, unless I’m supposed to be grateful and list all the stuff versus really feeling grateful on the inside. That’s where physiological change happens when we experience and embody something. So to really empower our thoughts,
We need to embody this different energy where we feel our perceptions have changed. We’re embodying a deeper calmness where the thoughts cannot run amok, where we are in that great environment, where we’re supporting ourselves with a great lifestyle and proper nutrition, whole foods, having fiber, having our glowing green smoothie, taking our probiotics, getting our gut health in check, and we’re creating more awareness. And then we start to shift into our hearts.
And I’ll build on this so much more in the Hidden Power of the Five Hearts. So to create this different resonance, this energy, this power that builds, which then is coming into this natural state of centeredness will naturally start to really empower your thoughts. And I say this from personal experience because I used to have so many thoughts around, enough, I’m not doing enough, other people are doing this, I should be like this, just constant beating myself up into a level of freedom.
into putting my heart into this moment. I don’t control everything else. I actually surrender this over to Spirit, to God, to the universe, and I don’t feel so attached to results anymore. And this creates the best results, ironically, in a way, because when I surrendered weighing myself every day, for example, I started to just balance my weight without all the thoughts, all the over -complications.
So we can start to shift away from this overcomplicated mode of existence where we come into this simplicity and this power that resides in our hearts, spiritually, energetically, scientifically. We turn on that heart brain, which isn’t wired to be in these, you know, the amygdala and all these past emotional triggers and patterns. It’s very present. It’s a wider type of intelligence. So.

Lots here to contemplate. And once again, I encourage you to be aware, shift your perceptions through that simple heart practice that we went into, shift into your heart, place your hand on your heart, take some deep breaths, come back into that situation in a shifted state, make healthy lifestyle choices, create new patterns. Maybe you wake up and you do things in a different way to change your thoughts. You don’t go right into the news or you don’t…
Go right to that same thing that you always do throughout the day. Change patterns. See how that may look like for you. Choose your environment carefully. Make sure that you’re not draining yourself with excess noise or people that are negative. And properly practice affirmations, ideally and especially after you meditate. So I’m so excited to be here with you on the journey. Thank you so much for being with me.
