1 slice gluten-free millet or other gluten-free type of bread, toasted
½ avocado, sliced
Celtic sea salt (optional)
Stone ground mustard
2-3 thin tomato slices
Probiotic & Enzyme Salad
Be sure to toast the bread lightly, then spread on the mustard, avocado and tomato, and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and Celtic sea salt to your desired taste. Top with clover sprouts and some Probiotic & Enzyme Salad, and you have a delicious sandwich to enjoy!
