I know you talk about modifying the Glowing Green Smoothie based on what’s in season. Can you give some of examples of what different fruits/vegetables you might use and tell us if there are any that should not be included?

I took 4 months of antibiotics about 2 years ago and 1 month of accutane for acne. Since then, I have suffered from chronic constipation, poor digestion and weight gain of about 20 pounds. No matter how hard I try, I can’t lose the weight or reverse my constipation. I’ve tried eating vegan, paleo and more… Tried upping my fiber, taking a boatload of supplements and nothing changes. The weight gain is a big issue for me! I’m 25 but I feel exhausted and I look like I’m 6 months pregnant :( please help!

    I have been following BD lifestyle since mid march, so almost 6 months now. The science and nutrition behind your philosophies I absorb and understand so easily. Its been an amazing journey so far ! Im currently on your third book Beauty Detox Power. I have such an interest in learning about Chakras but Im not absorbing that information as easily. Do you have any suggestions for me?

    I love love love your weekly podcasts with Tony and Katelyn !! I look forward to them every week and have yet to go back and listen to past podcasts before started BD.

    I would love for you and Tony to do an entire podcast together !! Your segments together are so informative !

We really do enjoy answering questions and sharing the knowledge we continue to gain. When it comes to Chakras, I know it can be a bit challenging at first but with a little quiet time and application of the material each day, you will have a deeper understanding and will be a pro in no time.
