Growing up, like anyone I was trying to figure out who I was. I thought by changing my hair color over and over it would help that. Of course, I wish I hadn’t because I never felt different inside. Now my hair is brittle and dry and I’m worried I’ve ruined it forever. What can I do get my natural soft and shiny hair back?

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have finally reached a weight I am more than happy with, but somehow I still am not happy when I look in the mirror. I don’t feel beautiful and I think I carry this shame with me from growing up for all these years. What can I do to change the way I see myself?
