Lately I have been noticing that I’m extra stressed out and grabbing for snacks in between meals. I struggle to be mindful and meditate regularly. I think the reason for my stress is that it is so dark this time of year, and it is really hard for me.

Earlier this year I went through a breakup and I’m still spending a lot of time thinking about him and missing him. It’s been months now and I’ve been trying to go on dates but I’m discouraged because I haven’t met anyone genuine. New York City is a tough place to date and I’m just feeling very discouraged. Do you have any advice on how to heal the heart?

I feel extremely blessed in regards to my work, family and health. Living in a small town where everyone is very friendly, I can’t help but feel disconnected and sad all the time and I’m not sure why or what to do?

I know that there is so much more to life than looks but I find myself obsessing and actually becoming depressed when I have serious breakouts on my face. It really takes over my emotions and creates irrational thoughts. Any suggestions to combat this?
