I have a hard time beating my sugar addiction. Even when I eat a tiny bite of apple pie, for example then I can’t stop eating chocolate for days or sometimes weeks. Even dream about it. Are there any foods to reduce these sugar cravings? Did or do you ever have experienced a sugar addiction like this? What do you do to beat it?

I recently broke up with my boyfriend and I have been binge eating sweets. It is the only thing that makes me feel better. I feel really guilty since I am gaining weight and don’t have great energy now. How can I satisfy my emotional state but still force myself to have better nutrition?

I find myself craving nut butters quite often. Normally as summer approaches I want to eat lighter foods but I keep being drawn to sweeter, heavier items. Is there a good way to break the routine or is it okay for a short period?
