Lately I have been noticing that I’m extra stressed out and grabbing for snacks in between meals. I struggle to be mindful and meditate regularly. I think the reason for my stress is that it is so dark this time of year, and it is really hard for me.

Earlier this year I went through a breakup and I’m still spending a lot of time thinking about him and missing him. It’s been months now and I’ve been trying to go on dates but I’m discouraged because I haven’t met anyone genuine. New York City is a tough place to date and I’m just feeling very discouraged. Do you have any advice on how to heal the heart?
