I am so excited because it’s time for this week’s Q&A segment on “Beauty Inside Out” with Kimberly Snyder. This week, I answer four trending questions from the Beauty Detox Community.
This week’s most popular question was: “What are your favorite makeup products? Also what are parabens? I have been hearing to stay away from products with them?”
Have you been asking yourself these very same questions? If you want to know the answer to this question and 3 more sent in by Beauties just like you, listen now to find out!
Remember you can submit your questions at www.mysolluna.com/askkimberly.
[Questions Answered]
Lauren – Sydney, Australia
Fruits, raw vegetables and grains hurt my stomach (I have bad bloating, inflammation and autoimmune disease). If cooked vegetables, good fats and proteins make me feel better, can I still incorporate Beauty Detox principles?
Jo – Seattle, Washington
What are your favorite makeup products? Also what are parabens? I have been hearing to stay away from products with them.
Amanda – Melbourne, FL
Is it true that cookware that is made out of materials like Teflon infuse our food with dangerous chemicals? If so, what kinds of materials should we avoid? Do you have any recommendations on safe materials for cookware, and possibly some brand suggestions as well?
Bridget – North Port Beach, FL
My question relates to food pairing and digestion. I know you have previously recommended eating celery before a meal as an option to help stimulate digestion the same way a digestive enzyme taken orally would. If I wanted to eat a piece of fruit with my meal, say an organic apple (30 min prior), would I eat the celery before or after the apple in order to promote the best digestion?
