I just wanted to comment on the vaginal health part. I had an experience when I first got into a detox lifestyle that might help others. Before I knew about eating clean and lots of greens I would get a UTI almost once a month. To combat that I used to take cranberry supplements every day, but when I started eating clean I didn’t want to take them anymore. So I began drinking a green juice that included cranberries every day and I stopped getting UTIs. I did this for about 6 months straight and I wasn’t taking a probiotic because I couldn’t afford it. After 6 months I stopped drinking the juice with cranberries an my UTIs have never come back, it’s been almost 4 years and even though I eat fairly green and healthy I am not as strict as I used to be, but I am still free of UTIs.
Hi Alissa…thank you for sharing your story. Hopefully it will be inspiring for other Beauties who may be battling with UTI. Sending love! ;)
I have read your book and the diet that you recommend I am hardly able to find anything in india is there any other diet which is suitable for indians. thanks
Hi Ashwini…thank you for checking out my book! I encourage you to find the healthiest alternatives you can, in your location and just do the best you can, since your choices are limited. I’ve included a link to a blog I wrote, about a trip I took to India and the foods I ate while there. Check it out: https://bit.ly/1VPP0D1 Sending lots of love! ;)
Hi, kimberly! thanks a lot . I had one more question what food should I be taking to reduce dark circles keeping in mind the location constraints. Also, Is it possible to become your client from overseas and if yes, what is the procedure? thanks :)
Hi Ashwini…Dark undereye circles or puffiness usually indicates adrenal exhaustion. Too much caffeine, lack of sleep, too much stress, to name a few. The good news is that cells regenerate. If we take positive steps now, we can reverse issues and make major improvements! Try taking in more Vitamin K. Not only will this help with blood clots and help prevent one of the visible signs of aging but help with dark circles too! These are often caused by leaky capillaries, so consuming vitamin K-rich foods is a great way to clot the blood before it creates puffy, dark circles. It can also help you maintain bone strength, which is important for osteoporosis prevention. Here are some foods with Vitamin K in them:
Dark leafy greens
Romaine lettuce
Broccoli
Parsley
I hope this helps! ;)
I think this is one of the most important information for me.
