How can I minimize dairy as a snack especially for children? I give my kids lots of fruit & veggies, but dairy is everywhere. My kids love fruits and veggies but also want cheese and yogurt as they are taught in school about the food pyramid (and how healthy it is). How do you cut through all the noise to give kids healthy snacks?

I have been slowly changing out all my beauty products. I recently saw your recommendations for Sally B Skin Yummies and Vapour; I am in love with them. I was wondering if you had any other must-have beauty products that are organic and vegan?

I have a question about plant stems. Do you take the stems off your greens? Does it matter if you are using them in a smoothie, salad or steaming them? I am wondering if they are causing me digestive distress?

First I want to congratulate Kimberly on Emerson. I have loved learning about your pregnancy! I am a vegan and I wish I knew of this when I was pregnant with my triplets who are now 11. I know that you advocate eating coconut and many of your recipes use coconut or coconut oil. I am allergic to coconut so I am wondering what is an alternative I can use with these recipes so that I can still make these delicious sounding foods?
