I’ve been loving your Spring Glowing Green Smoothie! I did want to ask how you prepare your mangos to put into it? Do you leave the skin on or off? I’ve been taking the skin off, but it just occurred to me that I may be missing out on some good fiber.

I am feeling so much better following your recipes but I am cooking for just me. I don’t like to waste food but things spoil quickly. Any ideas on meals that do well to make ahead if possible?

I love what you advocate for a morning routine, probiotics, hot water with lemon, GGS, etc. I also enjoy a Power Protein shake in the afternoon. I am wondering if you have any good rituals to suggest for the evening around dinner time? Are there more nutritious things we can be incorporating during this time of day?
