I’ve lost 30 pounds following Beauty Detox the last 8 months. I would love to hear how to overcome overeating though. I tend to eat SO much at end of the day. Instead of making one wrap I’ll end up making four. Are there practices or tips you can give me to make me feel full and satisfied without stuffing my tummy with food?

My question is about living a very active lifestyle in combination with the Beauty Detox lifestyle. I love having the GGS in the morning and I always take the power protein smoothie after a workout. I feel like I’m not eating enough. I know I shouldn’t be counting calories, but I am an endurance athlete and burn a lot more than a normal person. For the time in my life I experienced binge eating. I binged on cookies and other sugary food. I felt completely awful after. Do you have some tips to prevent these cravings and how to refuel post workout with real food?

I have went plant-based and started following Beauty Detox but feel that I have been gaining weight. Could I be eating too much? I have a tendency to eat until I feel really full, because I hate being hungry. How do you practice portion control when we don’t use calorie counting?
