In today’s Solocast I am going to share how research has shown that microbes and bacteria in dirt can help boost your immune system, making you happier and healthier! And I’ll leave you with a few tips on how you can get more dirt time in your life!

#1. I find it so fascinating how everything is connected to everything else. For example, in my latest book, Recipes for Your Perfectly Imperfect Life, I share how bloating isn’t only linked to the foods we eat but also the stress and anxiety that we hold in our bodies.
#2. Just as Muir put it, when we pull on one thing in our natural world we will find that it is attached to so much more than we realize. This idea ties in with today’s Solocast, which is all about nature’s favorite substance… DIRT!
#3. How often do we stop and think about that dirt sitting in our yard, or take a moment to rub it between the palms of our hands.. Well Beauties, I am here to tell you that it’s about time we do. Researchers are uncovering amazing findings, linking dirt to our happiness and our health.
