Welcome to the Feel Good Podcast with Kimberly Snyder. Our goal is to help you be your most healthy, confident, beautiful and happy! Our topics focus on health (physical, emotional/mental and spiritual), wellness, holistic nutrition, beauty, meditation, spirituality and personal empowerment.
Feeling Good means we tune in to our bodies and our intuition, including making food and lifestyle choices to feel energized and beautiful, what serves us and what doesn’t, and being in flow along our unique journeys. Feeling good naturally leads to also looking good, in a much more powerful way from glowing skin created from within, a beautifully strong body, radiant energy, and a level of peace and confidence in our perfectly imperfect lives.
Thursday is our community show, where I cover a themed topic and answer four questions that come right from members of our community, just like you! We are here to support you in living your most beautiful, inspired and joyful life.
I’m your host, Kimberly Snyder, founder of Solluna, New York Times best-selling author and nutritionist. I’m so grateful and honored we found each other!
This week’s topic is: Self-image Issues Debunked
Have you been wondering about this very topic? If you want to know the answer to this question and 3 more sent in by Beauties just like you, listen now to find out!

Addie – Florence, Arizona
I’m really hoping you can provide some insight on how to stop beating myself up because of my size. I’m 5’11” and carry my weight throughout my body. I eat well, and exercise but I’m still not happy in my body that I will never be “skinny”. Any advice?
Erin – Denver, Colorado
I can’t stop focusing on the cellulite on my thighs and butt. I’ve tried DIY scrubs, weight-training, eating healthy, and still, it won’t go away. Is it normal to have some cellulite after all of this?
Lee – Andersonville, Georgia
With summer around the corner I’m stressing out because the varicose veins on my legs seem to be getting worse. I hate feeling so insecure about wearing less clothes during this season. Is there anything that can help decrease the appearance and help with my insecurities?
Blaire – Ventura, California
I’ve read a few of your transformational blogs where your followers have minimized their acne. I too, have this issue where I get flare ups even though I’m keeping track of what I’m eating. I feel so exhausted from worrying about it so much and end up covering it with makeup – which I know isn’t the greatest for my skin. What can I do to stop feeling so helpless and not base who I am on how I look?
