I’m really hoping you can provide some insight on how to stop beating myself up because of my size. I’m 5’11” and carry my weight throughout my body. I eat well, and exercise but I’m still not happy in my body that I will never be “skinny”. Any advice?

I can’t stop focusing on the cellulite on my thighs and butt. I’ve tried DIY scrubs, weight-training, eating healthy, and still, it won’t go away. Is it normal to have some cellulite after all of this?

With summer around the corner I’m stressing out because the varicose veins on my legs seem to be getting worse. I hate feeling so insecure about wearing less clothes during this season. Is there anything that can help decrease the appearance and help with my insecurities?

I’ve read a few of your transformational blogs where your followers have minimized their acne. I too, have this issue where I get flare ups even though I’m keeping track of what I’m eating. I feel so exhausted from worrying about it so much and end up covering it with makeup – which I know isn’t the greatest for my skin.
