I was especially moved by podcasts 107 and 108. The idea of presence and meditation made me feel like it’s really time to dedicate myself to a meditation practice. Do you think I feel reluctant to dedicate myself fully because I am afraid of the judgment I get from my family about it or am I resisting for a deeper reason? What is the subtle shift answer I’m looking for?

I was wondering, how do you feel about frozen vegetables? I try to eat seasonally and on a budget so frozen veggies are awesome. But is it true Ayurveda believes that frozen foods are considered dead, and should not be consumed?
