Reaching Our Highest Potential with Brain Neuroplasticity [Episode 331]
Welcome back for another episode of the Feel Good Podcast with Kimberly Snyder – Episode #331.
Welcome to the Feel Good Podcast with Kimberly Snyder. Our goal is to help you be your most healthy, confident, beautiful and happy!
Feeling Good means we tune in to our bodies and our intuition, including making food and lifestyle choices to feel energized and beautiful, what serves us and what doesn’t, and being in flow along our unique journeys. Feeling good, by following our daily practices, naturally leads to also looking good, in a much more powerful way from glowing skin created from within, clear eyes, a beautifully strong body, radiant energy and a level of peace from simply being comfortable with our perfectly imperfect selves.
Once a month, I do a Solocast with my insights, as well as current research on a trending topic from our community, to support you in living your most beautiful, inspired and joyful life.
I’m your host, Kimberly Snyder, founder of Solluna, New York Times best-selling author and nutritionist. :)
Let’s get started!
Today’s solocast topic is: Self-Actualization and Neuroplasticity
Do you know that the cells in our brain are very responsive to everything that is taking place in our lives? We can think of our brain cells actually being rewired based off the things you do on a day to day basis.
Research is continually finding numerous ways we can drive neuroplasticity in a positive direction, to help contribute strategies for healing and enhancing our health.
We can think of the term, neuroplasticity, as how our brain cells can actually change in response to intrinsic and extrinsic factors.
Sharing our stories with each other in this community is a beautiful way to help us inspire one another. And to help us heal from all the various elements of life that we are going through.
This New Years Eve, I encourage you to think through all your past experiences over 2018. Think through different events that took place in your life.
What of those experiences do you wish to leave behind?
What of those experiences do you hope others can learn from?
What of those experiences can you use some help to heal from?
