We can think of the term, neuroplasticity, as how our brain cells can actually change in response to intrinsic and extrinsic factors.

Sharing our stories with each other in this community is a beautiful way to help us inspire one another. And to help us heal from all the various elements of life that we are going through.

This New Years Eve, I encourage you to think through all your past experiences over 2018. Think through different events that took place in your life.
