My Raw Chocolate Covered Almond Donut Holes, are a delicious treat for all chocolate lovers. They are super easy to make and filled with healthy ingredients like pre-soaked almonds, dates, and cacao.
Who would have that you can fuel your body with a delicious donut hole and not feel super bloated? Well, now you can! And no need to worry about sugar highs or rushes with these guys. Go ahead and enjoy a few!
Sexy Time Smoothie
If you really want to feel swanky this Valentines Day, blend together my Sexy Time Smoothie recipe. I like to think of this as my libido boosting smoothie. It’s loaded with superfoods like maca and cacao that will make you look and feel sexy!
Plus I add a little cayenne pepper into this recipe to help stimulate our salivary glands, which really amps up our digestive system. It is a major detox supporter and will really help to heat things up, if you know what I mean :)
Chocolate Chip Chia Pudding
Now, this is a super easy and fabulously delicious recipe for all you chocolate lovers out there. My Chocolate Chip Chia Pudding is the perfect treat to whip up for your kids to take to school or to pack in your hubbies lunch. Combining chia seeds, almond milk, a bit of coconut nectar and cacao, it fills your soul with feelings of love and joy.
This recipe opens up the energy of the heart chakra. Cacao contains the neurotransmitter anandamide known as the “bliss chemical.” And what more can we wish for during the holiday of love!
Red Velvet Love Truffles
Wanting to take your Valentine’s day treats up one more notch? Try my favorite Red Velvet Love Truffles recipe. This recipe pours out love as it is comprised of only the best ingredients, supporting your body’s natural cleansing process. That’s right, they can actually help increase your detoxification! To make these truffles red I’ve added beetroot powder. And beets of all things speed the excretion of toxins from your body while also aiding your digestion. What’s not to love about that?
Dark Chocolate Cheesecake
When you read the word cheesecake you may be quick to shut it out of your mind. But don’t run away just yet! My Dark Chocolate Cheesecake is both vegan and raw and it’s loaded with only the healthiest of ingredients. Using raw nuts, dates and of course, chocolate, this recipe will leave you and your special Valentine feeling blissfully satisfied. If you are interested in making this, be sure to start soaking your nuts for at least 6 hours ahead of time. This way they are more easily digestible and you will gain more of their amazing benefits.
