This week’s topic is: Practical Lifestyle Tips to Best Manifest Your Goals & More Abundance
When we’re talking about creating, we’re talking about manifesting, and putting those amazing ideas, projects, goals in your personal life, or body goals, and also your professional life into actual form, into creation. And to do that, we need a real structure. We need to involve a daily lifestyle, including how we’re eating and how we’re taking care of our body and how we’re structuring our day in order to really move things forward.
Sometimes we hear about creating goals as sort of a magic process and things just happen for us. And that can happen as well. I’m not negating that, however, what I’m saying is that when we are in this really amazing structure and our day-to-day routine is on point, we are best able to tap into our creativity, our energy. When our vitality is on fire, we’re able to create more easily in the world. On today’s show, I’m very excited to share with you some tips and strategies which span the whole lifestyle, our 4 Cornerstones of, food, body, emotional-wellbeing, and spiritual growth.

Namaste loves and welcome back to our Monday solocast show where today we have a very practical show for you on how to best manifest your dreams and your abundance using the four cornerstones. So when we’re talking about creating, we’re talking about manifesting, we’re really talking about putting those amazing ideas, projects.
goals in your personal life, maybe your body goals, and also your professional life into actual form, into creation. And to do that, we need a real structure. We need to involve a daily lifestyle, including how we’re eating and how we’re taking care of our body and how we’re structuring our day in order to really move things forward. Sometimes we hear about creating goals
sort of magic process and things just happen for us. And that can happen as well. I’m not negating that as well. But what I’m saying is that when we are in this really amazing structure and our day-to-day routine is on point, we are best able to tap into our creativity, our energy.
And to put that in our vitality is on fire. We’re able to create more easily in the world. And so I’m very excited to share with you some tips and strategies today, which span the whole lifestyle, our cornerstones, food, body, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual growth. And to put that on the table today. So if you’re feeling inspired still from the new year and things are going great, I hope this show will further fuel your energy.
Solocast: Practical Lifestyle Tips to Best Manifest Your Goals and More Abundance
And at this point, a couple of weeks past the new year, if you’re starting to feel a little bit frazzled already, or that you’ve gotten off track with your goals, no problem. That’s normal. We have these cycles of excitement and sometimes we get off track. And so if that’s the boat you’re in, I hope that today’s show will help to realign you to that, that power and that inspiration and helping you to create your goals in form in life.

Before we go deeper into this very practical topic, I wanted to give you a reminder that at our website, mysolluna.com, we have so many amazing resources for you to please check out, including plant-based recipes that are designed for energy and vitality, and also amazing meditations, guided meditations, articles, other podcasts, digestion-focused products.
There’s so much on there to support you. So please check out that central hub for all of our offerings. Okay. So let’s get into our show today. And this topic came to me when I was walking, when I was journaling, it’s been sort of percolating in my life because there’s a lot of amazing happenings that I’m working on creating right now, there’s going to be some amazing product launches this year at Salluna.
We’re starting to revamp our website. We are just a lot of home projects. We’re really working on our farm. There’s just so many things happening. And I was thinking about how I’m going about it in my life and things that I really wanna share, things that have helped me in the past, you know, create more health in my body, help me to publish books, help me to get my business off the ground. And these have come to me from some of the teachers that I hold near and dear to my heart, some that I’ve shared with you in prior books. Of course, Deepak Chopra, my co-author a few books ago, and Paramahansa Yogananda, the great yoga guru who brought yoga to the West. Things that I’ve learned from amazing experts on this show in the many, many books that I read all the time. It’s funny, my younger son Moses, we were upstairs lighting a fire. And we have so many shelves of books. And he said to me, mama, why do you have so many books? And I shared with him that I love to read. I consider myself a constant student. It’s one of my favorite mediums, which is probably why I also love to write books as well. So when we think about manifesting, it’s really just closing the gap between these ideas that are present in a sense in terms of thought forms and putting them into a physical form. So the reason it’s very powerful to create this from a four cornerstone perspective is that it aligns our physical being in terms of our body and our minds and our emotional thoughts and feelings and energies.
what is happening on a digestive level, on an endocrine level, on an organ level, it lines it all up. And so we become the walking embodiment of what it is that we want to create. It’s one thing to just say something or mention something to a friend. It’s quite another thing to actually start to take the steps and to put it into real life. And it’s another thing entirely to actually follow through with it. And it takes consistency. It takes a certain level of perseverance and follow through. And that is what the four cornerstones are going to provide to you in a very practical way.
Body Cornerstone: The importance of getting up early
So let’s start to dive right in. And the first one that I want to talk about is the importance of getting up early. And so this involves many different facets of our cornerstones. This involves sleep, the body, involves creating evening practices. It involves creating lifestyle shifts so that we do go to bed earlier, in fact, so we still get enough rest and rejuvenation to power us forward through the next day. But so many experts in the entrepreneur and personal purpose and that whole self-help space have really touted this whole idea about the power of the early morning. And we even had a guest years ago who wrote a book about this. I think it was called the 4 a.m. miracle or some 5 a.m. miracle, something like that. Don’t worry, not 4 a.m., but 5 a.m. So when you get up in the morning, then you look at what’s happening in nature. There’s this period of dawn where it’s not fully light out yet, but it’s like nature’s waking up and you might start to hear crickets and sounds of nature, bullfrogs when we’re in Hawaii, things kind of coming a lot, the roosters, of course. And then there is this emergence of the sunlight, things start to go up and up and up. So if we capture that space and that time, that rising energy, and we align to it, we get up early, we are in tune with nature. We feel this creative surge, right? And then on a practical level.
We can get many things done in the morning before other people are awake, before the emails start flooding in. If we get up a little bit later, we can start to feel, and I know this very much in my personal experience, that we’re already sort of drowning. We’re already starting to try to catch up versus being ahead. We start up early. We can start to prepare our digestive system for a really efficient day. We can start drinking our hot water with lemon early in the morning, start to get things going. So we have time to do our practices. We take our SBO probiotics. Hopefully we even have a big bowel movement in the morning before we get so rushed, before things get ahead of us again, right? We’re trying to rush out the door. We’re starting to get on Zooms and answer emails. So when we get up earlier, we can create magic. It means we have time to meditate. We have time to journal, time to get clear before the day starts. This took me admittedly a long time to really harness the morning energy. When I lived in New York, I had all kinds of reasons that seemed, you know, they were real at the time. I wanted to go out. I wanted to go to these dinners. I wanted to go to these parties. I wanted to do things. And so if that’s the time you are in your life, that’s okay too.
Kimberly Snyder (09:14.646)
But even in that space, maybe there are certain days where you can go to bed earlier and say yes to the things that really matter, of course, but then say no to things that you feel mediocre about or so-so or wishy-washy. And if you are still going out a lot, maybe you still shift in half hour segments. So instead of going out to 11 and then going to bed at midnight, maybe you start to go out and right after work and come back by 10, and then you’re in bed by 10, 45-ish, right? You still get up a little bit earlier. So there is great power in the morning routine. There’s great power in getting up early. And especially if we’re in the busy everyday life, like a lot of us, being a busy mom, and working full-time, commuting, driving our kids, so many things are happening.
So if there’s this extra project or something that you’re working towards and you haven’t yet created it, whether it’s new business idea, website, a project of sorts, a hobby, working out more, more time for your meditation, whatever it is, having that morning space where your energy is really fresh and creativity is really high is so invaluable. And the yogis have always taught about the early morning time as perhaps the most powerful time to meditate when we’re just in a different energy in the morning and the day hasn’t impeded on us fully yet. And there’s just a freshness and a newness and an ideal time to work on these steps, these small steps that accrue up to big success. So that’s the first thing is getting up early. And the next thing I want to talk about is making sure that you are in your routine. And what I mean by that is solidifying a sense of daily structure, starting with your morning routine. So getting up early, but then when you are up and going, what are you doing? What are the first few things that you’re doing for yourself in the morning? So ideally, they would start to get into a flow like hot water with lemon, boom, water, boom, going to the bathroom, right? They start to become a rhythm. And then when we have this rhythm, we feel stabilized in the body. So this means our nervous system is in a more stable place.
Nervous system stabilization is a key to success
Nervous system stabilization is a key to success. And this is something that Paramahansa Yogananda says. He says, if your nervous system is balanced, you can create success in anything. So think about this. The nervous system is what puts us into chaos. So our thoughts start to get out of alignment and our energy starts to get drained and we start to secrete cortisol and excess cortisol and all these things start to happen. Meanwhile, if we have more stability in our daily schedule, we become more resilient and then we can start to create real magic. So the daily routine is something I’ve talked about extensively. You can check out the website again for support, for the probiotics, the clinically researched probiotics that I’ve created that I’m so passionate about that I take, all my clients take. It’s a great way to start the day on an up. And then there are cycles within cycles. So you may have another routine as it gets closer to lunch or routine that you make for your snack and then an evening routine. So the more you can regulate your day, the more stable you will feel and that stability breeds creative power. If everything’s all over the place, chaos breeds chaos. And then you don’t feel that free flow of creativity coming out of you. You could start to feel sort of down or just like you’re trying to get back on, you know, back into control. It’s kind of like, you know, that stability of swimming versus paddling and literally just trying to get to the side of the pool or, you know, something feels like you’re drowning when you’re swimming. Imagine if you’re swimming strokes and I used to be on the swim team in high school. So I remember you get into this zone where you’re in this wide open space mentally and emotionally. And sometimes I would get amazing ideas, amazing feelings in that swimming, right? Because we’re in synchronicity. We’re in that flow with the universe versus chaos.
Kimberly Snyder (14:05.446)
What am I supposed to eat this morning? Hmm. What am I going to do now? When do I take my supplements? Did I eat too much in the morning? Am I supposed to have more protein in the morning? Did I have too much sugar? Right. The thoughts start to come in and then overthinking will squash creative power and it will derail us. All these little decisions will derail us from using our creativity and our energy into moving our goals forward, into writing the best emails or doing the best research or writing the best stuff, whatever it is, tapping into our inner wisdom. So little decisions need to be curtailed in honor of the bigger goals, right? So the morning routine is very powerful.
Food Cornerstone: What to incorporate in your daily routine
Some other routines that I’ll share with you that are part of my practice right now that I shared recently on social media and Instagram is a big focus in my life now on hydration and I’ve been drinking what I call power water. So if you’re watching this, I’m drinking the end of it right here. It looks like, kind of looks like pee. It’s a little bit off pale yellow, but when I’m adding into this water to make it power water, first of all, it’s filtered water. I’m a really big believer in that. You may hear me talk about Aqua True some other great partnerships that I’ve really, really excited about because I think filtered water is key. And when the water is filtered, then we feel more motivated to drink more. And so we get more of that natural hydration in. But besides filtered water, I add in electrolytes. I love the element packs. If it’s a smaller glass like this, I only add in half a packet. It’s a science-backed mix with magnesium, potassium, and sodium.
And then I also add in sometimes amino acids, these branch chain amino acids that are the building blocks. And I find when I drink this power water, which I like to drink now in the morning, I’m a little bit more alert and energized because I’m in my full capacity of hydration. And so that’s a routine that feels really good to me. I’m on when I’m working. I’m on right now doing my book edits. So I’m still in those really early mornings getting up around four certain days and just into writing mode, right? So I want that hydration.
Another routine that I’ve gotten back into lately, the last few weeks, because it’s been called to me, is to have that Power Protein Smoothie, which I usually have between lunch and dinner. Sometimes I have it a little bit later in the afternoon while I’m making dinner. Depending on my schedule today with my meetings, I’ll have it a little bit earlier.
But this is a powerful way to get a lot of nutrition in so that latter half of the day doesn’t feel like it’s going by the wayside. Just early mornings are powerful and I need to use my afternoons to be in alignment with my goals. So that means vegan protein powder, chia seeds or chia seed gel, which I’ve pre-hydrated. So it comes in really you know, alive and mixed. It’s just this gel of soluble and insoluble fiber. I add concentrated greens, which is a mix of spirulina, chlorella, ashitaba, super spinach, more that I will share with you soon. But these greens, on top of the daily greens that we have in our GGS are powerful. They’re, like I said, concentrated. They feel like they add extra fuel.
And this is again, part of the practicality of wanting to manifest our dreams. We need energy. We need our best. We need our bodies to be in peak shape. And spirulina for instance, also pulls heavy metals from the body, which this cleansing effect helps to remove heaviness. So again, it all works together. We want this rising creativity. We want this rising energy. We bring that up to meet the goals.
All right, so we’re at our best, so we don’t get as easily derailed. We’re more resilient. And I’ll be sharing more about these deep greens. You want to find a formula that is not, that does not contain 70, 80 different plants, different things you’re getting like dust, right? You want only a few, you want it to be balanced between the land vegetables and the sea vegetables, things that grow in water like the spirulina and chlorella. So you’re creating that real mix in your body, in your GI tract, in your vitality. This goes back to ancient wisdom from Ayurveda about balancing the elements, right? Panchamaha-bhuta. We don’t want too much fire, otherwise we go into inflammation. We don’t want too much water, otherwise we’re a little bit too watery, so to speak, ungrounded. We don’t want too much kaffir, too much earthiness.
Otherwise, we don’t we feel heavy, we don’t feel as creative. We don’t want too much wind and air. Otherwise, we aren’t able to ground our ideas. So we can bring this into the foods. We can bring more whole foods in and in a greens powder mix. We want to make sure it’s a balanced formula. So it supports that wholeness within us as well. So these are some of the daily routines that.
I’m sharing with you right now in full creation mode. I’m not in hibernation mode. There’s cycles for that as well. There’s times around winter solstice that I shared with you around the December 21st period where I did feel more inward. But now it’s like, boom, yang, outward, let’s create, let’s go.
Emotional Wellbeing Cornerstone: The powerful practice of journaling
So speaking of which, it is also a very powerful practice. I mentioned journaling and getting really clear clarity. So your goals may already have shifted from the beginning of the year or a couple weeks ago, maybe things are a bit different. So this is an aliveness to your creations and your manifestations, right? There’s a little bit of subtlety, maybe things shift a little bit, maybe things shift in a much bigger way. But you want to make sure that you are able to really be clear.
And then you can focus like an arrow. So for me, that’s very alive in my journaling. I have a journal where, um, there’s a, there’s sections and one of them is where my goals are and I revisit them. I look at them daily. I cross things out. Sometimes it’s all by hand. I write things. I keep it alive. It’s like fueling a fire. And then I can see my goals and then I also see where I need to be.
Kimberly Snyder (21:03.23)
So this is, I can explain in the journal, there’s like a top half if you draw a horizontal line. On the top is my to-do list. So I’ll say, okay, we’re rebuilding the website. I’ve got to finish my book edits. There’s the larger goals, launching a successful book, relaunching a successful website and all these other parts, doing the bio for the Chilla Gorilla, the kids book that’s coming out soon, all these to-do lists. Very you know, literal structured what I want to create in the world. And then underneath the horizontal line, I go into my heart and I get clear about who I need to be. I need to be calm. I need to be present. I need to listen really well to my team and the people around me. I need to be really present with my family. It’s more of the beingness. And then I look at both. I look at, yesterday I got a little bit frazzled and I reflect.
And so for me, this is a part of emotional wellbeing. We could say in terms of cornerstones, but it relates to everything else. Who am I being? This embodiment. Am I being the person who’s creating this goal? So we’re closing that gap you know, writing about this in the book, am I being the calmness that I’m speaking of? And then I reflect and I think about little situations and things I might learn from them or things I might do differently, or some things that I could have restructured or, you know, this reflection process was very powerful. We’re not meant to be perfect. We’re not meant to get there overnight, right? But we are here to learn and grow. And so again, this morning space that I and get ready for the day ahead. Not just in terms of what I’m eating, but also who do I wanna be?
Spiritual Cornerstone: Meditations
And so spiritually, the cornerstone that really supports me and that is the meditations. Soon we’re gonna be putting up the Heart Align meditations, which we did a study on with the HeartMath Research Institute. And I am very excited. I’m going up there tomorrow actually. So.
By the time you watch this, I had just spent another few days up there with the researchers in Northern California, being in that really beautiful, coherent, clear space, green trees, the mountains, the amazingness of that land. And when we go into meditation, no matter where you are, it’s this pure space, as Deepak Chopra would say, this pure space of potentiality.
We are beyond the hindrances of the limited ideas of the mind. When we look in the mirror and we’re like, I want to be healthier. I want this to be different in my body. What we’re seeing was created from the past. So meditation is so important for manifesting because we’re in this potential energy. So it feeds us and it nourishes us when we spend time in there, because we remember that we are fully creative beings, that we don’t have to recreate patterns from the past.
We can actually create newness in this day with this new project going forward. And so it’s a really beautiful space to inhabit. And when you do that in the morning, which goes back to the morning practice of getting up early enough to create that space, then you can call on it more easily in the day when you’re busy. You can just take a pause, take some deep breaths, tune into your belly, tune into your heart, and remember that spaciousness.
and that spaciousness is pure fuel for your creative ideas. Right? So it’s how we start the day. We want to start the day early. Even some days we want to restructure our lifestyle and then going to the night before, are we getting enough rest? Are we getting off screens early enough? Do we have an evening practice? Which we didn’t talk about yet, but I have full podcasts on that as well, which we’ll link to in the show notes for me. I’ll say, quickly it entails drinking a warm elixir, a little bit more meditation, and not as long as my morning one, but definitely meditation in the evening, stretching, often with my husband, getting into my body. And if I am on screens, I’m using blue light blocking glasses. And then in the morning, having that spaciousness to wake up in the dawn light and go into your day revived, refreshed and ready. Make sure you create your morning routine.
Make sure you are taking your supplements to support you in big bowel movements so you don’t feel heavy like our detoxi and our SBO probiotics, staying hydrated, right? Getting your powerful foods in. That’s why smoothies are so efficient. You can check out our recipe for the Power Protein Smoothie and the Glowing Green Smoothie and many others. So these are some of the foundational ways that you can start to bring in abundance meaning this fullness of all your goals, all that you want to manifest right here, right now. It’s all possible, right? But we need to choose it and we need to live it and we need to embody it and we need to be it. So I look forward to supporting you more. Remember to check out our website for more practical support such as the recipes and the guided meditations over on mysolluna.com, S-O-L-L-U-N-A.com.
Thank you so much for tuning in. I look forward to supporting you more. And remember, you can also ask more questions on there for our Q&A show. Thank you so much, sending you so much love and see you back here soon. Namaste.
