Sometimes you just have to have something sweet. The problem with conventional desserts, however, is they are loaded with sugar and empty calories. Not only that, but favorite desserts like cakes, pies, and cookies are usually made with wheat flour, which contains gluten, while creamy desserts like puddings and ice cream are made from dairy products. Gluten grains and dairy are two extremely difficult substances for the human body to digest, and they can clog you up with toxins and mucus.
People new to a healthier, plant-based way of eating often fear they have to give up dessert in order to pursue a healthier lifestyle, but you don’t! It’s okay to have a sweet treat, as long as you do it the right way.
So, what can you eat when you’re craving something sweet? I always recommend starting simply to see if that satisfies the craving. Before you dive into dessert, try a little stevia sweetened rooibos tea and see if that does the trick. If it doesn’t, it may be time to bring out the big guns. Here are a few to try.
1. Vegan Vanilla Latte
Try my Vegan Vanilla Latte. Warm a little unsweetened almond milk on the stove top with the seeds from a vanilla bean or some organic vanilla extract. Add some stevia to taste. Grate a little fresh nutmeg on top and enjoy.
2. Hot Cocoa
Hot chocolate can still be an occasional treat. It should not be an everyday food- as cacao contains caffeine and has toxic qualities, even when labeled as “raw.” Something else to note is there is a big difference between cAcAo and cOcOa. Learn more here!
Alternatively, try a healthy hot chocolate, like my Vegan Almost Raw Hot Chocolate.
3. Acai Rainforest Smoothie
This thick, satisfying smoothie is packed with antioxidants and flavor. I love acai berries, not just for how great they are for you, but for their complex, wonderful flavor that tastes like a cross between red wine and chocolate.
To put a twist on my Rainforest Acai Smoothie, blend 3-1/2 ounces frozen acai berries, 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, ½ tablespoon raw cacao powder and stevia to taste. You can also add ½ avocado to thicken the smoothie.
4. Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is so satisfying, and a little goes a very long way. Not only is it smooth and silky, but chocolate also stimulates serotonin, the feel-good neurotransmitter in your brain. It also contains resveratrol, antioxidants, and is a good source of magnesium. Make sure the chocolate is 72 percent or higher cacao, dairy-free, and organic.
5. Chia Seed Delight
Chia seeds contain high levels of antioxidants, as well as beneficial omega-3 fatty acids. The seeds also contain fiber, which slows down your body’s conversion of sugars.
To make the chia seed delight, blend one cup of unsweetened almond milk, ½ tablespoon of raw cacao powder, and stevia to taste. Pour over chia seeds and allow to soak for ten minutes before eating. Here’s the official recipe for Chia Seed Delight.
6. Sweet Potato Custard
Combine a cooked, mashed sweet potato with ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg and a dash of cloves in a food processor. Add stevia to taste and eat either chilled or warm.
7. Spirulina Smoothie
With protein, omega-3 fats, and natural electrolytes, this smoothie is just the dessert to healthfully eliminate your sweet cravings.
To make my Spirulina Power Protein Smoothie blend two cups of natural, unsweetened coconut water, one tablespoon of spirulina powder, and stevia to taste.
8. Macadamia Nuts
Raw macadamia nuts are naturally sweet and make a great dessert by themselves. Don’t forget to soak them before you eat them to remove the inhibitor enzymes on their surface.
9. Raw Cacao Truffles
You only need one or two of these deliciously sweet treats to banish your cravings.
Cacao contains anandamide inhibitors, keeping the compound from breaking down quickly and the feeling of cacao anadamide lasting longer, so we feel great longer! Find the recipe HERE.
10. Organic Watermelon Slushie
Watermelon is very detoxifying. For this recipe, always use seeded, organic watermelons. To make, freeze three cups of watermelon chunks overnight and blend with 2-1/2 cups of coconut water.
11. Halvah
Use your food processor or blender to make this honeyed sesame treat. Don’t forget to soak your sesame seeds overnight before working with them, and rinse them well after soaking.
Dry the seeds in a dehydrator on its lowest setting before using. Add ½ cup sesame seeds to the dry bowl of the food processor and begin to process to grind the seeds into a fine meal.
Frequently scrape down the sides and stir seeds to ensure all are well ground. Mix in a little honey, a Tbs. of raw tahini and a pinch of Celtic sea salt by hand to form a dough, and then roll into balls.
Before we get to the delicious desserts, here are a few rules below…
The Rules
Rule # 1: Agave, artificial sweeteners and sugar are out!
Artificial sweeteners may have zero calories, but they still have a profound effect on your body. Aspartame (NutraSweet) is an excitotoxin that can have serious negative neurological consequences.
Sucralose (Splenda) has been shown to reduce the good bacteria in your intestines. Some studies have shown that saccharine (Sweet n’ Low) can lead to weight gain.
Agave, which claims to be a “natural” product goes through multiple chemical processes before making it to grocery store shelves and contains high levels of fructose, a highly processed sugar that puts undue toxic load on your liver. Sugar raises blood glucose. None of these is a good alternative.
Rule #2: Stevia is a great alternative to sugar.
So how do you sweeten your desserts? Try stevia, which is a naturally sweet herb. A little goes a long way. I enjoy NuNaturals Pure Liquid Clear Stevia, which has a nice clean taste and no bitterness.
Rule #3: If you have a craving, find a healthy way to give into it.
Sweet cravings are a natural part of detoxification. Denying those cravings can make things worse, causing you a serious tumble off the wagon when you finally allow yourself to give in.
If you have a craving, allow yourself a little something sweet. Just find a way to do it in a healthy manner. A piece of dark chocolate is an example.
Rule #4: Be present while you enjoy your sweet treat.
If you’re having an intense sweet craving, make sure you actually take the time away from distractions to enjoy it as you satisfy your sweet tooth. Don’t turn on the TV or distract yourself from the pleasure of the sweetness in some other way.
Instead, sit down and really allow yourself the full enjoyment of your dessert, being present and focused in the moment as you eat it. The best way to truly satisfy a craving is by giving the act of eating or drinking your attention so you can take full pleasure from the nourishment you are providing your body.
I hope you find these suggestions helpful. Let me know what you think and enjoy the rest of the season Beauties!
In love and health,
Kimberly
Gonna try that sweet potato custard for Thanksgiving and thanks for the info about agave!
Great and great!
Any tips for finding fresh Acai berries AND/OR the yep of chocolate you recommend above that is completely sugar free? I live in Nor Cal. Thanks!
Great dessert ideas! Thank you – I’m eager to try them.
Wonderful Ellen. You’ll find a few you love, and can stick with those. :)
Hello Kimberly!
I had a question about Young coconuts. I live in Washington and went to a health/organic food store near my house but they didn’t have young coconuts I asked the produce manager if they could order them but he said he couldn’t because by the time they get them they have mold on them. I told him that I have found young coconuts at the Asian markets in town and he told me that they are most likely sprayed with Formaldehyde to prevent it from browning and molding.. are these safe to eat??
PLease HELP :) thank you!
I’ve heard that, and it may or may not be true. It is questionable, even if true, if the formaldehyde sprayed on the outside would get through the thick wood. I’ve been eating young coconuts from Asian markets for years. Of more concern is the chemicals people put directly on their skin!!
On your Sweet Potatoe Custards do you have to cook them in the oven?
Yes. :)
Very Infomative! Thank you Kimberly Snyder for all your healthy and helpful tips! My biggest downfall is MY SWEET TOOTH!! I battle it everyday but these options are great! Plus on my second week of BEAUTY DETOX,still going strong!! My Fiance notices the difference and compliments me constantly,He’s my biggest fan and supporter!! Thank again!
That’s so wonderful, to have a great support in your fiance. Be sure to have your P & E Salad, which helps balance yeasts in the body that can lead to excessive sugar cravings. :)
I nearly cried tears of joy reading this post. Dessert is my favourite part of the meal so thank you for sharing! Two questions:
1. Is acai juice a suitable substitute for frozen acai berries?
2. I’m just beginning the blossoming beauty phase one so would it be wise to lay off the desserts with nuts & seeds?
Thank you :)
Hi Susan!
You are too funny.
I like the frozen smoothiepackets, which are flash pasteurized, but if you can’t find them you could try the juice.
If you are a BB stick to more of the liquid treats and chia seeds. :)
xx
I was curious what dairy free dark chocolates you recommend? The dairy free ones I come across seem to also have soy lecithin. Which I am trying to also avoid.
Hi Michelle, depending on where you live, there are lot of smaller local brands which are soy-free. And more are switching to sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier.
Check labels. Even the Wholefoods brand is soy-free- and free of agave.I’ll take organic sugar over agave.
Here are the ingredients:
Organic Swiss Dark Chocolate 52% cacao
Organic raw cane sugar, organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter, organic vanilla extract.
Hi kimberly –
I love your blog and want to order your book. Can I ask: does the book contain daily meal plans (i.e. what to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner, etc) and does it contain recipes?
also, i have some stubborn acne on my jaw line that just won’t clear up completely and i eat very well BUT i do pan fry vegetables alot for stir-fries. Could this be contributing to my acne? I use a high-oleic sunflower oil to fry (and occasionally coconut oil).
I’m sure the book will help, but do you think alot of fried veggies could be a culprit?
thanks
In the book you will learn more about cleansing, which is key to stubborn acne. My acne cleared up only when I changed my diet and started cleansing on a regular basis.
Avoid sunflower oil and other vegetable oils, and only use coconut oil.
xx
Kimberly,
Thank you so much for this wonderful post–Your book and blog have changed my life!! I can’t wait to make the sweet potato custard tonight! I’m on a hunt for a good brand of dark chocolate that’s 72%+, dairy-free, and organic. Do you have any recommendations?
Thanks so much!
Rachel
HI Rachel,
Fantastic! See my other comment on dark chocolate. xx
Hi Kimberly!
Hope you’re well! Loving your beautiful book!!! Is it ok to have a couple of pieces of the organic dark chocolate with some white tea each night as my dessert? I’ve also been having carrot/celery sticks late at night if i’m still hungry. I’m trying to find time to make my own almond milk, so I can make some of your desserts instead!
Thank you,
Love Julia x
Hi Julia!
That’s wonderful. I’d rather you put time towards making salads over almond milk, if time is limited.
The veggie sticks at night are a great option. I believe that chocolate should not be consumed every day, as over time it can tax your adrenals. Switch it up with the Vegan Vanilla Latte and other options. xx
Kimberly
I wanted to express again how much I enjoy all your recipes and information. You are such a Blessing in my life. I have really learned to step outside the box and see / expermint with all these choices. I look forward to using these recipes thru the holidays.
What else can a lady ask for when she has all these yummy healthly desserts. equal to Great Sex and Great to practice with eating related to portion control.
Thanks for all you DO! I am growing more wise and healthy/grounded every day. This past week I made veggie soup and added sweet potato pieces(instead of white potatoes) and mini bussell spourt.s (all organic) It was so enjoyable, and filling. Love and light VL
Hi Vonda,
I love hearing that so much, thanks for sharing.
Food is an extension of our energy, so as your dietary choice improve, yes you will feel more grounded and stronger in all areas of you life. Even in your sex life! Plus in your meditations, your decisions, your relationships with others, etc. xx
Kimberly,
I will try the sweet potato custard this weekend. My sister and I have been making the GGS smoothie for several months and we are both in our 60’s. It’s never to late to start. Thanks for all of your help.
Hi Marie,
I have readers in their 70’s and older. Age is largely a reflection of your energy and attitude. I am so proud of you. Stick with it!!
Sweet potatoes coated in coconut oil roasted at 350F until caramelized satisfies my sweet tooth. I could eat the whole pan….
I love this blog so much! Thank you Kim!
You’re welcome!
Kimberly, I researched that bit about soaking macadamias and learned a lot about soaking nuts and seeds in general and why you should. However, I came across conflicting information on soaking macadamias and several other types of nuts. Can you clarify?
The softer the nuts, the less they need to be soaked, such as walnuts for instance. I soak seeds like sunflower and pumpkin seeds overnight, as well as almonds. Cashews are rarely (if ever) truly raw, so they don’t need to be soaked at all. They are steamed out of their shells.
It is funny that so many raw foodists think they are being “all raw” when they eat a lot of cashews!!!! They are not.
Do you soak your chia seeds? I do not mean for making gel but like other regular nuts for phytic acid. Many thanks to you
I agreen with what you are talking about. I love sweet food,
Me too. :) in moderation.
I really love this. This has changed my perspectives completely.
Great!
HI Kimberly!!!! I have your book and love it! You are the most inspirational being I’ve ever learned about and I can’t wait to continue my quest to a healthier me!
I do have question that I soooo hope you can help answer… I’m getting married in 6 months (May 2012) and I have armpit fat…lots of it! it’s not proportion to the rest of my body so it looks a little odd… what do you suggest would get rid of it over time? It’s one of my biggest insecurities and I’m hoping you have some thoughts?
I’m try to keep away from all ‘bad for me sweets’ and take in the ones you have listed above, can’t wait… maybe that will make a difference? I hope you can help, thank you sooo much in advance for what you’ve change in my already.
Love, Shannon :)
Hi Shannon!
Congrats on the upcoming wedding. :) Losing overall fat will help. Do you practice yoga? Chatturanga dandasana, which you practice many times in a vinyasa class, work that area of your body. Be sure you are cleansing your body with all the modalities I suggest, and try dry skin brushing, which can move toxins out faster through your lymph system. xx
Kimberly, thank you soo much for responding, totally made my day! I just googled images of the stance you suggested, I’m soo trying that tonight-thank you! :) I’m also learning more about the dry skin brushing… I’ve never heard of it. VERY much appreciated! You-are-amazing!
Oh yum. This is my kind of post. Love that most of the ideas are chocolate. I have found that the more I remove sweeteners from my diet, the more I can taste the natural sweetness in things. For example, I think unsweetened chocolate tastes divine, while my hubby (who hasn’t reduced the sugar in his diet) says it tastes like dirt. Ha ha. More for me :-)
That is so true!!
Kimberly,
I’ve been following your blog since your book fell off the shelf at me early this past summer. I was not searching for it. An extraordinary path has been unfolding, beginning with your book, to discovering Yogananda, to applying for The Lessons. I know you understand this journey. I am an aesthetic nurse and I primarily inject botox. I’d like to ask you how do we balance the esthetic industry that we are so involved in with the path to self-realization? You seem to have it beautifully figured out. I’m excited for your reply.
Thank you,
Jamie
Hi Jamie,
Wow, it sounds like you were ready and the path opened up for you. I am so happy to hear you are focusing on the inner beauty, and meditation. It is the foundation of all I do.
Remember what yoga and Yognanada say, “Be in the world, but not of the world.” You can enjoy beautiful things, but they do not have to define you. Esthetic treatments like botox can make people have more confidence, or they feel that they need them to be attractive. I don’t judge what people do, and since you are dealing with them you can always send them love and compassion. Everyone is on a different place along the path. We are here to further ourselves, and not judge others.
I try to get others to understand that ultimate, true beauty really comes from within. It comes from better food choices, and then from joy and happiness, which makes you more beautiful. If you are a living example of that, you will help others to go within more.
Om shanti xx
Love all these creative dessert options! I would like to make #5 Chia Seed Delight, and I bought my Chia Seeds today! How much should I be using in this dessert? I can’t wait to try this Superfood. Thanks :-)
1/4 cup :)
Why do you have recipes such as watermelon in your desert when you say to not eat fruit for desert? confusing
If you eat a raw or lighter meal, you can have watermelon for dessert on an empty stomach, a few hours later. It should not be eaten right after food.
This one blog is on a different topic and does not contain all the information of my entire program, on what to eat when. I am giving dessert options. If you have that information, I expect you to use it and apply it.
Hey Kim,
I LOVE YOUR BLOG! im 18 but i am a fan. Quick question…what do you think of liquid chlorophyll? I bought it but I’ve heard some pros and cons.
Also, i bought tablet chlorella and i know you use kyoto..but its sourced in Japan. Isn’t there radiation dangers? I use Chlorella Manna brand. Do you know anything about it and if its safe?? :)) :))
Thanks xx
Hi Hannah,
What brand are you using? The Japanese brand I use is said to screen for heavy metals and issues. The radiation problem in Japan is not near their facility as far as I know, but if you are concerned you can certainly look into other brands and find out their testing procedures. xx
I use the Chlorella Manna brand!
I was wondering your opinion on liquid chorophyll??? :) :) I know the model miranda kerr uses it.
Hi Kim! Thanks for the post! Your work is so inspiring :)
I LOVE dessert and I have been recently hit some major sugar cravings while following the radiant beauty phase of your book. I’ve discovered that I really love dates and they usually do the trick for me if I want something sweet. Are they something that you recommend eating on a daily basis? And if so, what time of day? Thanks!
Hi Evonna,
When you’re transitioning your diet, sweet cravings can really kick in. Don’t overdo the dates…but if they are helping you stay on the overall program they are not the worst thing in the world. Have you tried the other options? Why don’t you try rotating a few. The dates are okay in the afternoon or after dinner, if you really feel the need for them. Since they are a dried rather than fresh fruit, then digest differently. They also digest pretty well with nuts. xx
Hi Kim,
Is decaf green tea ok?
I prefer naturally caffeine-free rooibos and herbal teas. White tea is better too. :)
Hi Kim!
I just wanted to tell you how much your blog has meant to me over the past few weeks. I’ve ordered your book, just waiting for it to arrive to my house. In the meantime I’ve started implanting your rules into my lifestyle (green smoothie daily, cutting out dairy and meat, only eating fruit in the morning in my smoothie or on an empty stomach, etc.) and I love it!!!
I grew up on a buffalo farm, red meat was an every day thing for us. I would have never thought I could give it up, but after reading all of your blog posts and watching your youtube videos, and watching a documentary called Forks over Knives, I think I’ve gone completely vegan for good!
I’ve always struggled with wanting to be slim and have less fat (I’m not big now 5’6 and 125 pounds), but now I realize that health is more important and as I detoxify the fat will come off too.
Thanks for all you do! Keep it up :)
Hi Kim,
I know you have addressed the acne issue a lot but I had a question on what products you used when you had acne to help keep it under control. I have been doing the GGS and eating by your plan, but have had continuous acne problems. I would love to know if you have any other recommendations regarding which products help with acne and any other advice you can recommend. The increasing acne could be from detoxing too quickly, but having acne can definitely be debilitating.
Your book has done so much for my health and I appreciate all of your tips and insights!
Great Info Kim!!!!! I know that a sugar is out……I’m getting myself off of the agave. But what about organic coconut palm sugar? From my understanding it has the consistency of brown sugar but it has other vitamins like iron. It sounds like it would go great with the Watermelon slushie w/ coconut water!
Yes the coconut palm sugar is okay. I really like coconut nectar!
Please keep the recipes coming. I have your book but need more simple, quick recipes. I made the chocolate macaroons that you posted and they are absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try out the other dessert recipes. I am in the second phase of the book and I’ve lost a lot of weight and my skin is definitely looking better most of the time. I do find the regime difficult to stick with 7 days a week. However the results I’m seeing push me to stay on track 95% of the time. Thank you
Kim – thanks for these recipes! I’m slowly trying to cut back on coffee, so the vegan latte will be a great help!
Your book inspired me to sign up for an organic produce delivery service. Every week, it’s a great surprise to see what’s inside! I always have fresh, local, organic fruits and veggies on hand. This week I got persimmon, and I have never eaten one or even know what to do with it. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Wonderful! I love persimmons and eat them plain. :)
I read your book a couple of months ago, but didn’t do anything really with it – was not ready :( – I decided I am going to re-read it this month (along with a re-read of The Easy Way to Quit Smoking – LOL) and jump in on Jan 1. I’m glad I found your website too! Thanks for everything in advance and happy holidays! <3
Hi Ashley,
Just try doing one small thing to start, like drinking lemon water. You can always go at your pace!
Ha! I just realized that I chose the dessert page to post a comment. Too funny! They do sound good though!
It’s arduous to find knowledgeable individuals on this topic, however you sound like you know what you’re talking about! Thanks
Thanks Brad! I try to put out good information that can help people.
Hi Kim,
I first of all want to thank you for being of service to the world and sharing your inner Truth with us all in regards to nutrition. Picking your book up at a local grocery/department store has opened up a whole new world for me and it came at the perfect time as I was asking for inner guidance in the area of nutrition. Your book was a confirmation of that and has launched me into a whole new chapter of my nutritional journey. Thank you!
I did want to share with you some wonderful bars I came across at Whole Foods made with fruit and beauty grains, https://twodegreesfood.com/products/
(cherry almond and apple pecan) I am not sure if this is a proper beauty pairing (will look again in your book) but for each bar that is purchased a meal is donated to a malnourished child. I would appreciate your feedback and thoughts about these :)
Love, Natalya
Hi Natalya,
That is wonderful. I’m so happy that the information is helpful to you in your life!
I love when products contribute to good causes. However, in this case, the first ingredient in the product you mention is brown rice syrup, aka sugar. They may be eaten occasionally, but you are better off sticking with whole foods or nuts, or other bars which are less sugar-filled.
Come visit again! xx
Okay, so I have a very serious question. Okay… Maybe just serious for me. I just started your diet and it’s been going really well for me. Since I have always been very healthy (just not a vegan) I just skipped to phase two. I know you recommended waiting but there’s wasn’t really too much difference in phase one and my diet now. Anyways, it’s been very easy so far… However… I haven’t had a craving for ice cream yet. I love ice cream it’s my favorite food. It’s my one weak spot and when I crave it only ice cream and ice cream alone will stop the craving. So, my question would be; what should I do when my cravings kick in? Is it okay to have a little dairy once a month in moderation? Or will that ruin the entire detox?
Thanks!
Hi Kim,
Mid way through your book and loving it! Just made my 1st green smoothie. Question for you. I know you mention Stevia, but how about Truvia?
Hi Kim,
How do you feel about Manuka Honey? It is good for you?
Hi Kim,
I know you mention coconut water throughout your book, but I was wondering how you felt about coconut milk? Can it be used in place of almond or hemp milk?
Hi! Just found your blog the other day and I find you sooo inspiring! Love it. A question on this article; wouldn’t the watermelon slushy as a dessert be the same thing as eating a bowl of fruit though? In terms of the Ferrari/traffic jam rule? xx Karin
I’m definitely going to try some of these recipes……and am so glad to know about the pure liquid Stevia with no bitter aftertaste…..I’ve tried Stevia before and couldn’t stand the taste! So I look forward to trying this one out.
Thank you for all the valuable information you’ve provided.
Hi Kimberly! For your Watermelon slushies, after you freeze the watermelon chunks, and add the coconut water, do you freeze it again? I plan on making these this weekend. Thanks!
Kimberly, after you freeze the watermelon and add the coconut water, do you freeze it again? Thanks!
Hi Kimberly,
Thanks for another great article! I just ordered your book today and I can’t wait to get it. Your GGS smoothie is amazing, and a fast portable breakfast (which is great because as a high school student I’m almost always running late :) ) I was wondering what brand of chocolate you recommend? I can’t seem to find any sugar free, dairy free dark chocolates. Thanks!
Kim-
I have read your book and it really opened my eyes! Since I have really been watching my ‘diet’ and eating as suggested I am no longer getting my period. I am consuming enough fats and also enough calories. I also work out 6 days a week for about an hour. I feel fantastic otherwise and have tons of energy! Should I be worried?
Your recipe appears on Facebook but includes the complete information so that no one needs to link back to your page, just saying. Keep up the great work!

Hi Kimberly, I have a question about desserts. I recently found the SO Delicious Coconut Milk ice cream with no sugar added, wit 1g natural sugar I believe. However, there is sugar alcohol. Im not sure if this is even worse, because is it like fake sugar? What do you think about this.
Hello Kim, and thank you for your blog – I’ve just discovered it, and find it very inspiring!
Would xylitol be a suitable sugar replacement? I have tried stevia, but found it had a slightly bitter aftertaste…
Thank you in advance, and a have a lovely day!
xXxXxXx
Dessert is the usually sweet course that concludes a meal. The food that composes the dessert course includes but is not limited to sweet foods. There is a wide variety of desserts in western cultures now including cakes, cookies, biscuits, gelatins, pastries, ice creams, pies, pudding, and candies. Fruit is also commonly found in dessert courses because of its natural sweetness..:
Sugar also contributes to the moistness of desserts and their tenderness. The flour or starch component in most desserts serves as a protein and gives the dessert structure. Different flours such as All-Purpose Flour or Pastry Flour provide a less rigid gluten network and therefore a different texture. Along with flour desserts may contain a dairy product..’
I am in fact happy to read this website posts which contains tons of helpful information,

I’m not sure where you are getting your information, but great topic. I needs to spend some time learning more or understanding more. Thanks for great info I was looking for this information for my mission.
Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to
her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it
pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!

These given twelve desserts are looking so yummy and delicious. All are my favorite. I always make all these in my free time. Especially vegan vanilla latte is my favorite. Thanks
