What snacks are good for winter that are Ayurvedic? I’m a teacher and not easy to always heat up stuff!
Faith – Beauty Foods Group:
As the weather gets colder, my cravings get stronger for warm creamy foods and chocolate. I’ve been eating roast sweet potatoes + gluten free quinoa + dairy free cheese almost everyday. Too much quinoa messes up my digestive system what else can I eat to feel warm and satisfy my cravings.
Cliff – FB Live Q&A:
Would you drink Kefir and should you make your own at home instead of buying it at the store?
Jaime – Beauty Foods Group:
I just started the Beauty Detox program on Monday and am loving it, BUT I have one big question—Is it normal experience headaches in the beginning and if so, when did they go away?
