I made the green smoothie but it was very foamy.
Is there a way to make it so it is clearer without all the foam?
My kids won’t drink it if it’s foamy!
Thanks!
Hi Sharon, and thanks so much for giving this a try. A lot of times kids base their food intake on how things look (just like us!), and will refuse it if it looks funner or strange. Try to run the smoothie through a sieve before pouring and just give a little at a time, since the ingredients will separate as it sits. Also, try to find a container where the kids won’t see the smoothie and has a special straw that might sidetrack them for what’s inside. Let us know what works for you. Sending you all lots of love and continued support! ;)
