I take your SBO Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, and Detoxy, but am wondering if I need to add other supplements to my daily routine. What would you suggest a plant-based eater take daily to ensure optimal health?

Sometimes I don’t have the time to shop at the grocery store and quite frankly I get so overwhelmed with what to buy. What are some food staples you always have in your shopping cart to get essential nutrients?

Do gummy vitamins work or am I just wasting my money? I have never been good at swallowing pills; I even open my Detoxy and mix it into coconut water instead of swallowing the capsules. I take a daily vitamin, B12, D3, and hair and nail gummies every day. I also give them to my kids. Recently I have been asking myself: are these supplements working?
