With gratitude,
Incredible, incredible, incredible menu! This was my first plant-based Thanksgiving and it was such a blast to make and eat. I felt a sense of empowerment, which I did not expect; and the food lasted four days. While I bought ingredients for everything save the fudge and squash, I only managed to make four of the remaining six dishes which was more than enough. Thank you, Kimberly.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! Amazing work with your first plant-based Thanksgiving – I’m so happy to hear it was a success! Sending you lots of love.
