Vegan and Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese
As you gather around your plant-based Thanksgiving table, this Vegan and Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese might bring up feelings of nostalgia. I love the velvety rich texture of eating this dish, which is super satisfying. In this recipe, the cheesy richness is derived from a blend of butternut squash and coconut milk. Sending you and your loved ones all the blessing and love for a wonderful holiday!
Incredible, incredible, incredible menu! This was my first plant-based Thanksgiving and it was such a blast to make and eat. I felt a sense of empowerment, which I did not expect; and the food lasted four days. While I bought ingredients for everything save the fudge and squash, I only managed to make four of the remaining six dishes which was more than enough. Thank you, Kimberly.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! Amazing work with your first plant-based Thanksgiving – I’m so happy to hear it was a success! Sending you lots of love.
