How long does it take for our bodies to detox? I started the Beauty Detox Lifestyle and take vitamins to regulate my hormones, just wondering how long you think it will take to see some improvements with my acne?

I’ve been vegan and following Beauty Detox for almost 4 years. I used to work a very physically demanding job, but I’m back to working a sedentary office job. I do yoga every morning and get to the gym several times a week. Even though I’m not as active now, I still eat the same amount as before and I’m struggling to lower my portion sizes to maintain my weight. Will my stomach shrink eventually? I don’t know what to do.

What is your view on lemon zest? I love the flavor it can give to dishes so I was wondering if it is beneficial or okay to add it to things like the hot water with lemon in the morning or the GGS or salad dressings?
