I travel a lot for work so I am constantly eating out. When I’m home I have such a strict routine of exercise and plant-based eating. As soon as I’m on the road everything gets tossed out the window and I find myself eating animal products, meeting clients out for drinks and not exercising. Any tips to help me stay on track when I am away?

Do you have any suggestions for how to keep up a healthy diet while traveling? I am backpacking around Europe for a year and will be staying in hostels without blenders and ovens. I’m not sure how to make sure I get all my nutrients.

I absolutely love the GGS and how it makes me feel and have finally gotten to a place where I have it every day, and feel sluggish without it. I have a good deal of travel coming up and I may not always be able to find a good green smoothie. Do you have any tips on how to find a greens powder or tablet that would be a decent substitute for the GGS when traveling?
