I travel a lot for work so I am constantly eating out. When I’m home I have such a strict routine of exercise and plant-based eating. As soon as I’m on the road everything gets tossed out the window and I find myself eating animal products, meeting clients out for drinks and not exercising. Any tips to help me stay on track when I am away?
