How to Stick with your Resolutions and Get Back on Track [Episode #336]

Every January I create a list of my New Year resolutions. I find January and February I am so motivated but come March, I am back to my old ways. What can I do to keep my drive strong and last throughout the year?

Blake- Raleigh, North Carolina

From Thanksgiving up until now, I have completely deviated from my normal diet and routine. I am finding it hard to jump right back into normalcy. What do you recommend to kick start myself back into my regular scheduled programming?

Rita- Jacksonville, Florida

In the prior year, I always gave into my cravings. I want to start 2019 with more discipline but am struggling with my irresistible need for sweet and fatty foods. What are some steps I can take to being stronger in my journey to a healthier diet?

Katy- Louisville, Kentucky

After the holiday’s I always put on a little bit of weight. I hit the gym until I lose it and then maintain my weight through just my diet. Should I be exercising even though I don’t need to lose weight?
